INGREDIENTS
Meatballs:
▢1.3 pounds ground meat a mix of ground beef and pork
▢1 egg
▢4 tbsp breadcrumbs
▢1 tsp dried onion
▢1 tsp garlic powder
▢½ tsp salt
▢¼ tsp black pepper
▢¼ tsp nutmeg
▢½ tsp dried parsley
Orzo and cream sauce:
▢1 tbsp olive oil
▢1 tbsp unsalted butter
▢1 yellow onion diced
▢4 garlic cloves minced
▢1 ¼ cup orzo uncooked
▢1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
▢½ tsp salt
▢½ tsp black pepper
▢1 tsp yellow mustard
▢2 ½ cups beef broth
▢¾ cup heavy cream
