Would love to see your take on a regular bbq sauce .please!!
I plan to make this. How many days does it keep in the fridge?
That mandolin scares me. Almost lost a finger with that tool. I now use an orange peeler to slice my cucumber.
The souse should put in the fridge for at least an hour before eating
Cow heel douse nice, chicken foot nice I never taste green fig souse
How long to cook in pressure cooker ?
Great recipe, well seasoned 👍Always thought you needed a pressure cooker to soften the pig feet first.🤔
Yummy
Lovely but no thyme?
I now make chicken foot souse

That's is taken off by the butcher

Wow all that salt..pressure raiser
Looks amazing ..its only the culantro i dont like.
Take away the fresh scent? I would understand, if you said u wanted it to have a fresh scent. U guys speak in opposite.
They want to get rid of or reduce the pig scent from the pig feet
No , No, No. That way too much salt! YOu could of season the meat before boiling .therefore there no need for all that salt. Souse it support to be zesty and spicy . I didn't even see any lemon or vinegar added to help cut some of that salt.
They added lemon I tried this recipe it was good
