Great basic method for those of us who need a quick lunch. I prefer thin sirloins from my butcher and always cook them in a similar way. I just tried this exact way, and it's 10/10 on for a fast, tasty steak meal. If you feel adventurous, do try a (small!) splash of Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar - or whatever. Do be bold. Accompanied by anything (or everything) from vegetables to chips (french fries) to baked beans. I've even tried a BLT with good bread and a very thin steak in place of bacon - delicious.
@@pastormarshafletcher it's so thin that it wouldn't be still mooing, this steak was already medium at 2:28 then she cooked it for like 7 more minutes or more lol
Well you did ask :) The sear looks very nice but the cooking time is really long. For that thickness maybe 2-3 minutes per side. Your directions are good; dry the steak, very hot pan, good seasoning and finishing with butter. Would have been nice to see you cut into it. Hope you and siblings the steaks.
Yeah and patting it in the pan is bad advice too and yeah you can't really make a guide on how to cook steak if you aren't gonna show the inside after, I bet it was so well done that it was breaking apart... This would be good if it was a pork chop guide, not steak though
Thank you this did look simple and the steak looked beautiful. I think I was hoping for a more garlic-infused flavor, but I will add that to the potatoes.
thanks helped me a lot, the marinating is tasty and I absolutely love it. however I ended up cooking it too well done (no red). still a nice and easy tutorial anyways.
Hi! How thick was the raw steak? And, it's weight, please? The desired doneness level n required cooking time depend a lot on these factors (for the same _same_ meat composition). Hope you will enlighten us.
@@skimonkey5855 yeah that steak will break apart, I wouldn't trust any steak cooking guide where they don't even cut into it, this steak is even past being well done
Who makes a video cooking steak and then doesn’t cut into it for us to see? And there is no way a steak that thin was medium after 12 minutes. Probably well done
Incredible recipe! We swapped butter with a creamy high protein mustard sauce to keep it super healthy! I put up a video on our channel if anyone needs the recipe.
Hey@Suriya Kitchen My dad didnt agree with me that i put to many seasoning on the top and the bottom i was doing the exact same thing like you but he was didnt agree and said i was wrong
This is one ofthe easiest stake recipe. Compared to other recipes there rlly complicated. Good job
Thank you so much! 🙏If you check out my other recipes, they are all very simple to make. 😊
"STEAK" not Stake. Two completely different words
@@worstdayever196 honestly people in europe mostly call it stake
Like you’re spelling miss stake!

Steaks with garlic and butter, my favourite.

I cooked two top sirloins, both about the same size as in video, and they were over done, at six minutes. Will try again tomorrow for four minutes.
Yea, 12 minutes on high heat sounds like a lot

Probably why she didn't show the cut lol
For medium/ medium rare you need to cook that for no longer than 1 -1 1/2 mins

omg i love your accent! great video!
Thank you😊
Is she Asian from Yorkshire?
I can never seem cook my steaks above medium because it seems like they burn and set the whole house in smoke. How do I keep this from happening?
Looks delicious 😋😋i will try

What are the garnishment shown in display pic.

12 minutes cooking this thin steak? Maaaaan this must be well done after 6 minutes 😂😂😂
It's closer in thickness to bacon than steak 😂
Blah!SHOE LEATHER!!
BUT it looks pretty in the end...
My thoughts exactly
Probably cooking with the sun and magnifying glass 🤣🤣🤣
High-heating Olive Oil was the other red flag. She made a cooking channel and she doesn’t know how to cook.
Yummy tasty 👍👍👍
Thank you😊
Nice Video
how much is this quanitity ? kg /lb
Simple and easy. Thanks a lot 👍 but 20 mins it's more than "well done"... I'd say it's a "Congratulations".. 😊😊😊😂.
I WANT STEAK NOW
Aww go for it then!
I cook my steak about 1 minute in each side, my steak is about 1/2 inch thick
But my steak is still overcook (well done)
You have the pan to hot
Beautiful looking steak
Nice 👍 Sirloin Steak 🥩 With Bearnaise Sauce I’d like 👍 one ☝️ Medium- Rare with Bearnaise Sauce
What heat setting did you use?
High then medium flame
12 minutes is way too much for medium
exactly!! and that's already a thin piece of steak
Facts i just do 2 minutes each side
I love this recipe.. im from indonesia
Thank you 👍🏽
