My, My, My GTO’s New Boogie Shoes (Ok I Stole Austin’s Tires).

As part of final prep for the Hot Rod Power Tour, I “borrow” some wheels and tires from one of Austin’s dormant cars for the 1967 GTO. This kicked of a fun adventure with baseball bats, cargo springs, and a three way tire swap to make everything right.

The bat trick works better if you have like 50 psi in the tires

Probably. The baseball bat trick also works well on thin 80’s and 90’s sheetmetal, not doubly stacked 16 gauge 60’s metal.
