- Today, we're whipping up some incredible Lean Body Protein Crumble Bars that are not only delicious but also packed with protein! These bars are perfect for a quick breakfast, a post-workout snack, or just a tasty treat.
Ingredients:
First Layer:
1 Large Whole Egg
1/2 Cup (40g) Rolled Oats
1 Scoop (35g) Vanilla Lean Body Protein Shake Drink Mix
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Sweetener
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Ounces Lean Body RTD (I like Banana 🍌)
Second Layer:
Fresh Blueberries
Third Layer:
1/4 Cup (20g) Rolled Oats
1 Scoop (35g) Vanilla Lean Body Protein Shake Drink Mix
1 Tablespoon Sugar-Free Syrup
2 Tablespoons (32g) Nut Butter
Lean Body RTD (As Needed, Around 1 Ounce)
Instructions:
🥄 Lightly mix together all of your First Layer ingredients except the Lean Body RTD.
Add in your Lean Body RTD and continue mixing everything together thoroughly.
Pour that First Layer mix onto a baking sheet or dish coated with cooking spray.
Top it with your Fresh Blueberries.
Mix all of your Third Layer ingredients together while adding in Lean Body RTD as needed (you want it thick and crumbly, so don’t add too much).
Break that mix up over the top.
Put your bars into the oven at 350°F/176°C for around 25 minutes.
