    Do I need to start injecting TRT because I am over 50 now I feel like crap.

      NO Do some research, change your eating habits, exercise and maybe a couple supplements. I tried TRT had too many side effects that were worse than I felt before. we are all different just try different things to see what works best for you.

    Yes .. but science has shown that if you're new to lifting over 50, it's not much muscle.. If you lifted in your younger days, then muscle memory to a certain degree will benefit this..
