After I discovered honest Mary's I thought I'd really like to make poke bowls/Buddha bowls at home but I didn't know where to begin -- the quantity of ingredients seems to blow my mind. Don't get me wrong.... I'm no stranger to the kitchen and I can do some pretty complicated dishes (gluten roasts come to mind) but something about the poke bowl overwhelms me.

Yes love doing that when my local store is out of frozen rice.
