Victims of narcissistic abuse with traits can change. But the narcissist themselves are incapable of changing due to their lack of insight and personal accountability for their actions. We still are coming out better than them in the long run.

I too have suffered by narssasitic abuse.
What's missing here, in her videos, is that the people who have brought suffering to her life are ALSO sociopaths or Psychopaths.

Yes! When is society in a whole is going to recognize this? It is so real and such an unrecognized abuse. Thank God for people like you that is bringing it to light! I have been through a terrible time through the court system with a narcissist which I finally gave up because nobody would believe me or support me. I had no proof because he outsmarted me. I believe even that the court system is full of these type of people also. I cannot wait till all of this comes around and that the narcissist behavior and personality is exposed to its fullest!

I can shed the narc traits and I have. But at the end of the day its fight or flight. And when you cant get away, I played my narc at the same game. I mimicked him. His actions and his words. But, only to him and him alone. After years of it, especially when you want to get away but cant, you have to either: Go into survival mode, or, just lay down and die or actually have a mental or nervous breakdown. I learnt wtf a narc is from my dad. So when I met my narc ex, I knew after a while, it took longer than a normal person admittedly to spot the signs, I knew wtf to do. I have cptsd etc, from my dad, and my ex exascibated my recovery. I had to be survival again everyday. The cptsd of mine is fight based but with regard narcs, it is by playing them at their own game. They hate it to the point they cant handle it. Always be one step ahead. I did. When you cant leave stay one step ahead of them. Then tackle the issues after, when they've fucked off, and make your own self healthy again. I'm not a "narc". But I can mimic and I admit I can. Coz what the fuck is good for the goose is good for the gander ;)

I made it so he verbally told me that he dreaded coming home. he had made me dread coming home for 6 years of the first part of the relationship, and four years after til we split up I dreaded him coming home. But, the win is this: In the end I made it so he burst before i did and him then blurt out in a narc rage that he dreaded coming home. Win win won. He wanted me to be the one to be in tears, and say I dreaded him coming home, why are you doing this to me, blah blah blah. They want that because its confirmation that their narc ways are getting to you. I turned the tables and made him be the one admitting. I pierced his narc armour. And I let him know I knew had, not by words but by doing this at him that he did to me all the time: The smug smirk smile. Then id walk away. And do the ignore thing. Like they do. And in a calm voice say please leave me alone til youre rational.
