  • Hey everyone! Today, I'm bringing you a 20-minute core workout that's all about strengthening and defining your midsection. I'll be using a 4kg dumbbell for some of the exercises to add a little extra challenge, but feel free to join in without any equipment. This workout is designed to engage every part of your core, helping to improve your balance, enhance your stability, and boost your overall fitness.
We'll be going straight into the core exercises, so make sure you're a bit warmed up beforehand! This routine is perfect if you're pressed for time but want to make sure your core isn't neglected. Whether you're a beginner or just looking to switch up your fitness routine, this workout is for you. Let’s get our core burning and have some fun while we’re at it! Join me, and let's do this together!

These half windmills are curious...presumably the focus is on the obliques?

Yes, the entire core is engaged, but the obliques are engaged the most.
