I laughed..I’m guessing they liked their peanut butter treat. I heard the crows in the background. Do they ever come close enough to get any treats? my squirrels love any kind of nut butter, i use lolly pop sticks jammed in the fence to feed them, they really love Nutella but it makes them chase each other. They only get butter once a week as a treat. I mix in some giant rolled oats and honey sometimes with the nut butter then put it in the freezer to firm it up then cut it into small blocks. However they won't eat this if there are nuts avalible but thats the Squirrel order of eating food "nuts above all else"

I thought it was awesome and cute. I have a pet rat and sometimes give him peanut butter. To thin it out you can add olive oil and mix it up to thin it down. Usually though they figure it out pretty quick. It's fun to watch lol
My poor cat would be singing and bouncing off the walls !!! We had 3 squirrels that would eat and play on our patio...my cat would go crazy , I think they knew he was watching
I was physically starved once for an extended, life threatening, period. When enough food was available to ensure my survival I was no longer able to consume and digest food. Eating made me extremely, extremely ill. I vomited everything, what little I kept down produced diarrhea. Almond butter saved me, I bought a bunch of almond butter in foil tubes, like Delectables, for cats. I started sucking them down every 30 minutes, and then forced down Hostess Honey Buns. Then powdered whole milk, which is like antlers to squirrels. --- My father is an expert in psychological torture, Dr Richard T Quick MD.

I find it interesting that people, myself included, think squirrels are adorable. However, should a rat come to the window looking for a snack, most people would freak out! They are cousins, both in the rodent family. I don’t understand why we feel this way. Squirrels and rats are almost never found to be infected with rabies. Both carry many of the other diseases, rats being a little worse. Does it come down to squirrels are cuter?
I feed all the animals that come to my window, but I get your point. It's not only that squirrels look so adorable but it's also about their personalities, and what I like more about squirrels compared to rats, is that squirrels are diurnal and don't eat garbage. But all animals are important and have their role in the circle of life. 😊🐿️🐀

They seemed to liike it quite well. As a treat it works fine. Not too often though i'd say but once in a while is ok surely.

My squirrels love "raw" peanuts!! And my little Chipmunks can't get enough of the Sunflower seeds I give to the birds.
It's good if you can get unsalted dry roasted peanuts to prevent mold.

I always have a bowl of fresh water for them on the AC, even in this video you can see Libra drinking some water at one point.
