I admit that I rather like the Reds but, by the end of this video, I was truly rooting for the bigger Gray that catapulted the Red into the camera. Bravo Gray! However, I suspect the Red will just say something like "hey, that was fun, let's do it again daddy!"

The little Reds' taunting is intentional -- I thought it was accidental until I saw this video! My cats used to get the "zoomies" when they were young. Will the Reds grow out of this or is it just their nature?
I do think they calm down when they get older. When they are older they are still a bit more feisty than the gray squirrels but not quite as feisty as this lol! Every time there are new baby reds around it gets a bit crazy out there lol! My Baby Squeaks was like this too when he first came around although I think this little one takes the most feistiest award lol!

Reds are such high-strung pistols! I've heard that they have nitroglycerin for blood.... They're often angry because they have all those beautiful teeth and no toothbrush.
This is a young squirrel and it is probably nervous to come closer to get a nut because it hasn’t been around long. However there were peanuts all over the lawn too. Maybe it just likes the seeds. I have noticed it is mostly young squirrels that eat the seeds.
Well they will work for peanuts😂 but they really love real nuts and they are a lot healthier for them. It depends on what you want to spend. Cheaper stuff they love black oil sunflower seeds and peanuts. More expensive they love walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts and almonds in that order lol. I order in bulk to save money but I spend a lot lol!
Is that little red a juvenile? Or are reds smaller than greys? That one grey has a lot of patience, putting up with repeated assaults from little red... until that ending, seems she reached the end and is now ready to deal with the rowdy kid.
