Gustavo Martinez if you’re consistent (maybe doing it every other day or at least 3 times a week) and be sure to keep eating healthy. avoid fatty foods and don’t fill your self up all the time. remember to drink LOTS OF WATER and to actually lose some weight be sure to stay active every day. go on walks often or go on a run. and make sure you get plenty of sleep (8+ hours) and makes sure you go to bed before 12:00. once you keep all these habits up, staying consistent with activities getting exercise, keeping a healthy diet (include protein) ..plenty of sleep and LOTS of water. stay consistent with these workouts too (try 3 times a week) if u keep all of this up you should notice a big difference after maybe a month. and remember you might have abs, but they’re not showing because fat is in the way. so keep working the abs to get them bigger and lose the fat to get them to show. 👊🏼👍🏼 is you don’t see results after a month. don’t stop. that’s one of the main reasons why ppl don’t get the results because they give up. keep theses habits going, stay consistent and i promise you they’ll come!
Been at this for 3 weeks, 5 times a week. Already I am able to keep up with him so much better than when I started and can see some result, still a long way to go. I know its hard to keep going and even harder to actually start but just do what you can and try to push yourself just a little more each time before stopping for a rest.
This is a great routine. At 66 years old I go to the gym 3 or 4 days a week. This video helps me stay focused, so a couple of times a day for me. Being retired I have some time. Gotta keep moving. And yes, I like the bicycle crunches best.

Well it took about 5-7 days before I could even complete the full 8 minutes. The first day I don’t think I even got past the first minute and my abs and hurt pretty good for a couple of hours. But each day it got easier and my core got much stronger. By the end of 30 days my stomach was much tighter (not so much toner yet lol), it really helped my balance and core strength. I followed your plank workout each day with about 20min of yoga and could really tell the difference in my stretches and balance in the yoga flows! On day 2 now of your 8min Ab workout, I thought the planks really made day 1 feel like this was a breeze. But Day 2 smacked me right in the Abs, really really feeling it but lovin’ it at the same time! Thanks for the great routines, it’s a daily habit right after my treadmill and right before my yoga. Still waiting on the tone part, but I know and feel if I stick with it, it to will show!
Love this video, very helpful. I have not been able to fully perform the entire 8 minutes but I feel it. Disregard those who mentioned less talking, if they listen your directions are very helpful. Form is 50% of the workout. Keep doing what you do.
Hi - I'm nearly 56, a male, and I've been less than fit for a long time. I saved this and your 'Intense Plank' videos *a long* time ago but have never done them - until today. If I don't do something about my fitness and core strength now, I think I risk bring an overweight, unfit, and unhealthy old man. Man, these are tough! First time doing them just now, and I couldn't complete every exercise. I'm a stubborn old goat, though, and will do them every day. I'm determined to get to the point where I can go through them entirely without stopping. I will report back in four weeks time to let you know how I'm getting on. Hello Jared. I've been doing your workouts since 2019 and I've lost a lot of weight. I was 186 lbs and now I'm down to 135. I just tried this workout and I got abs cramp for at least 5 minutes. Any advice on how to avoid this? I'm 2 min into this workout and I get cramps.

Oh my goodness, I did this one right after doing your stretches for inflexible people and core exercise vids. Broke me out in a sweat and everything lol. I'm a total beginner. I just turned 60 and I'm overweight and needing to do something. I've started an overall low impact exercise routine but I wanted to target my abs in my fight against heart disease. This is a great workout. My favorite, walk outs or “inch worms” as my trainer called them. I would go for a long reach. Is that an ab exercise? Your “8-minute Plank” is all I can do!

We saw this today the first time in Germany and it is of course totally annoying and counterproductive. Hey, Jared. Couple years ago, I became a vegetarian, and man, the weight melted off. The only problem is with my limited lifestyle I didn't have a lot of space or funds to do the equipment things. This 8-minute work out is gonna help me lose, not so much the fat (that's gone) but the flab, so thanks! Oh, yeah 2 years ago, 320 lbs, BP 138/95, size 52 jeans; now, 240 lbs, 109/66, and for the first time, brand new size 40 wranglers! Life's a hoot, when you scoot

Thanks Jared! I run 6 miles a day before doing this work out too, so I’ll probably not change my diet much. I was doing sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups too but wasn’t seeing much improvement In my abs which is why I wanted to find a better ab work out in place of sit-ups. I’ll give it a shot and hope to see some results!

I've been doing this routine almost every day for several weeks now. The back pain that I have been experiencing is all but gone. This workout has gotten easier for me but it's never easy. I've started working in the eight minute plank routine as well. Thanks!

Hey, Jared. Couple years ago, I became a vegetarian, and man, the weight melted off. The only problem is with my limited lifestyle I didn't have a lot of space or funds to do the equipment things. This 8-minute work out is gonna help me lose, not so much the fat (that's gone) but the flab, so thanks! Oh, yeah 2 years ago, 320 lbs, BP 138/95, size 52 jeans; now, 240 lbs, 109/66, and for the first time, brand new size 40 wranglers! Life's a hoot, when you scoot

This is what I have been looking for, just takes 8 minutes to so but makes for sweat for more. Love the bicycle crunches, that really pushes me.

I love how every exercise is explained along the way and demonstrated how to correctly do it. Plus, I use this video every time to not only ensure I’m doing the correct exercise, but it helps to not stare at a timer and just listen to Jared for queues when I need to switch. Jared, I plan on doing this 5 or 6 times a week after my run, how long do you estimate I’ll see results? Thank you in advance.

Thanks Jared! I run 6 miles a day before doing this work out too, so I’ll probably not change my diet much. I was doing sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups too but wasn’t seeing much improvement In my abs which is why I wanted to find a better ab work out in place of sit-ups. I’ll give it a shot and hope to see some results!

This was great as a guy trying to lose some fat in his abs and gain some muscle there. I’ll definitely be doing this more often if not every day. How long do you think it would take for me to start seeing some results?
Jarred, I use your video for morecthan a year now. And I combine it with the planks variant. As a senior tennis player I miss a leg strenght training variant.
