I'm glad I made it to my mat and listened to my body when it needed to rest, I attempted crow pose and managed to lift one leg for a second yay, I'll take that as a win from this practice. Exhale 2024 day 11 of March. It was hard coming to the mat yesterday and today(why do we have daylight savings time?!!!) but I’m proud to have done a daily practice since the start of the new year.
I FEEL YOU! 3 months in, I tried doing it using Adrian's crow 10min tutorial, I was able to lift my leg. I was so proud that I started showing my family. I knew I was forcing it and my body isn't ready yet. So I plan to practice more and maybe give it another try someday.

Boat pose had to be modified to support my lower left back which felt tight. On the other hand, my shoulders are amazingly closer to the ground during supine twists. Oh, and yes, crow for ten seconds! How was your practice? Almost time to Move to Renew as we welcome April. Move day 30. 177 days in a row.
Wow, ten seconds of crow. :) That pose has been a major goal of mine since starting yoga a year ago. I've finally gotten to where I can lean into my arms without it hurting too much so they've definitely gotten stronger. Still can only lift one foot at a time for a second, but I will take what I can get for now!
Wow, it's so great. I'm so proud of myself because of you, Adriene, and the help of God. I couldn't have done it without you. Thanks much 🙏 love you ❤️. Blessings 🙌 always, Namaste 🙏 ❤❤❤❤

WONDER ❄ | December 19, 2023 | Still one of my favourites, I can't believe it's been a year since it was on our calendar! It was a welcome return for sure! 🙏
THIS changed my game today. Left a birthday party earlier because my energy wasn't flowing right (means that there was so much tension in my neck and shoulders that I had a big headache and felt sick). After this practice though I feel relieved. Also, while doing your practices ervery day now, I've realised that I feel things I've rarely or never felt before. A pleasant warmth in my belly and heart spreading through my whole body. More energy and relief and a deeper breath. Honestly, I didn't know how different breathing in the belly feels compared to breathing in your chest. Finding something new every time, even if it's familiar.
I have had such a journey with crow. I've been practicing yoga on and off for four years now and have never been able to come any where close to crow. This is the first time I have practiced consistently with Adriene everyday since January. I have noticed myself getting stronger. I was close to crow a few weeks ago (got my toes off the ground for half a second) but today I was actually able to hold it for a few seconds! I can't wait to continue this journey and one day be able to hold crow for an extended period of time.
Day 8 of Breathe, December 2022, and two years after foot reconstruction surgery I was finally able to hold a toe balance! I yelled for my hubby to come and see. Thank you, Adriene, I never thought I’d be able to do that one again! My muscles and body thank you every day!❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊
SALUTE 🌅 | September 4, 2024 | One of my favourites for sure, such a yummy practice. I'm feeling so zen now! Great way to stretch out any kinks after a work day. 🙏
Adriene, THANK YOU! This is my first yoga practice after surgery (feeding tube placed because I have Cystic Fibrosis). It was almost 1 year ago that I started yoga, and I have learned that I'm addicted to being upside-down... counting down the days until my first handstand after surgery :)
Not much has changed since I did this practice 4 months ago. It helped to breathe along with you Adriene, slowly and deeply, concentrating on my spinal extensions. This sequence definitely improves this senior yogi’s flexibility. One legged dog was the most difficult challenge for my arms but my toe stand has much improved 😃👍 See you tomorrow on the mat 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕
Thank you for the wisdom about loving ourselves and accepting where we are today. I've been following your programs every day in 2021, 89 days now! Yet I still cannot get more than a split millisecond in crow pose. Sometimes I get down on myself, but I remember that this is a journey, and that is just one moment along the way. The humility is perhaps an even more important part of the journey than any specific pose. I would not have gotten this far without your programs. Thank you.
If you are studying all the time by sitting on the chair and feel back and neck pain this video is for you! I was feeling nervous and had some pain in my back and i saw this video! This is a perfect practice for everyone working or studying at desk all day long! Thank u Adriene for this video, u r amazing! Love from Turkey!
Breath day 8 and when I started this video my heart was beating to fast and felt I was gonna freak out...and then Adriene said "concentrate in the sound of your breath" and I started to relax and when the video ended I was feeling almost calm ! It's a difficult period for me and I m trying everything I know to try and keep my head together! Thank you all for sharing your good energy with me today!
For any fellow migraine sufferers out there - this one is my go to post-migraine routine. Really calms the central nervous system and gently soothes out the body tension. So good!
I noticed I could hear your heartbeat in this video, Adriene. I’m guessing the mic is so close to your heart that with some bass-flattering sound system you can easily hear it. It was a nice surprise. I’m coming back to yoga and looking forward to start 2024 with you and your January yoga plan. Thank you so much! You’re always kind. Greetings from Mexico.

Want to thank you Adrienne for the "big breast" and "loving and accepting our body" comment. Being a person who grew up being bodyshamed, it totally puts me off when people make harsh comments on anyone's body. I remember joining a yoga class, where the trainer once said that you won't be able to touch your toes during paschimuttasana, because of your belly. I hated going to that class ever again. Today of course, I am more supple and I still have a belly so I know that was not true. So more power to you!
I didn't want to come to the mat today because I knew what was waiting for me. We've made the difficult decision to let our eldest cat go tomorrow, as his kidneys are failing, and his quality of life is in decline. The grief came and went with the breath. Sometimes the mat is a very vulnerable place. Thanks to regular practice with you, it's easier to accept being vulnerable and to allow emotion its space. It was hard to get through the practice, but I did and found it was exactly what I needed right now. Thank you.
I love doing yoga with you Adrienne, but the one thing I think would make practice even more healing and joyful is if you didn't talk about things like shedding weight and "getting lighter." Thinking about losing weight is already a huge part of our culture, and on the mat it is nice to be who we are as we are. Thank you for all you do.
OMG!!!!! For 1st time ever! Dunno if its daily practice or state of mind or YWA / Adriene magic - I was able to lift for split seconds for crow pose which I never never ever manage! not lack of trying ... yahoo! MOVE it righty! :) :) :) Namaste from SG as I am ready and happy to greet April!
Same here! I was so freaking excited as I managed to hover for a few seconds in crow pose, I seriously surprised myself! I feel so energized and proud after this practice
As a nursing student in college, my stress levels have been off the charts. When I feel stressed, I come here. It always helps. After hearing some bad news about an exam grade today, I was really anxious and worried. This practice allowed me to let go for now, refocus my mind, and adjust for what is to come in the future. When practicing yoga with you, it always helps me connect with myself, and find the better me. Thank you so much Adriene.
This was a super stretchy spine sequence which left me tingling all over 😊 ! It was challenging for this senior yogi with arthritis hands, especially in those last downward dogs, but I breathed deep through because it builds my strength. So it was good to come off the wrists and that awesome child’s pose, lengthening the spine felt soooo good ☺️ I can never quite take off in crow and after all that effort my toe stand was rather wobbly but what the ****😉 feeling refreshed after this practice. Can’t believe it’s our last day of Move tomorrow ! 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕
Thank you Adriene🌷 I loved this yoga class. This had everything I need: mindful breathing, rest, finding peace, being powerful, meditation, listening to yourself. Respect for yourself and think of the rest, the big picture. This is why I have been doing yoga with you every day for almost two years. I am so grateful to have this opportunity🧘🏻♀️🙏🏻 See you tomorrow! Namaste 🙏🏻

I just did this spine practice and it made me feel great. I have lots of hip tightness and degenerative disc issues in my lower spine. This practice both challenged me and relaxed me. Adriene--you have gotten so many of us through this unforgiving year of the pandemic and we love you for that. Once, a few months back, when I was feeling out of sorts, and as if I might take it out on my husband, I went upstairs, did one of your shows, and I was a changed woman. A complete reset button for my mind and spirit. You have also helped me on the road to loving my post breast-cancer body, and that is priceless. Thank you for being you!!
I've been with FWFG for two years now. I've learned so much from yoga. I'm a black bet in Tae Kwon Do so many of the poses my body is used to. I'm 64 so you can teach an old dog new tricks. I've learned the slower and deliberate I go, the more of a workout I get. There are poses that are dangerous to men like crossing leg over thigh tightly and some of the reclined twists. Men have have a few things that tend to get in our way if we are not careful lol. I can't thank you, your staff and business partner/s for keeping this going.
Breathe day 8, December 2022. Practised first thing in the morning, long day ahead. Felt really good to get the spine moving and the body stretching. Feeling focused. Energise day 17, June 2022. WONDER ❄ | December 19, 2023 | Still one of my favourites, I can't believe it's been a year since it was on our calendar! It was a welcome return for sure! 🙏
Ditto, Cecilia! How are you doing this week? 😊
@@zuriwilson-seymore8939 I'm working a little longer than usual so I can enjoy some time off next week! How about you?
This is the care that my spine/body/soul needed for 10 years. Finally found it.
my crow flew for like one second i am so proud !!!
Congratulations!
@@InigaZebra thank you, i tried it again today, I did it for longer but very nearly fell on my face 😂
🫡 Salute Day 4 ✅️ Feeling Fresh! ✨️ Thank you! ❤ 🙏
How does Adriene know that I am clenching my jaw! She always catches me out!!! Love this practice- nearly did a crow! maybe tomorrow!!
Okay - how did Adriene know my jaw was clenched !!! Lovely practise - even if. have no core -thank you🙏
She always does!
I had a hard time today being still and not fidgeting, my mind constantly spinning, but I feel a bit better now. Love & light to everyone ❤
I’m going to skip this one however, NICE on the toe stand Gill!!!
Thank you.
A nice way to start the week!
Cultivate day 23. 323 days in a row.
Adina yoga
Breath day 8 and when I started this video my heart was beating to fast and felt I was gonna freak out...and then Adriene said "concentrate in the sound of your breath" and I started to relax and when the video ended I was feeling almost calm ! It's a difficult period for me and I m trying everything I know to try and keep my head together! Thank you all for sharing your good energy with me today!
Salute Day 4. Namaste 🙏🏽 ❤💚💛🙏🏽
After years of backpain and alot of painkillers, you saved me Adriene
nice

I think I will keep practicing it from the toe stand as in this session. I felt closer to getting back to it again.
@@williamb7275Thanks for the suggestion , I’m gonna give it a try …
Day 11 complete I did this one with my brother he had trouble doing the yoga but he stayed for the whole video. 03/11/2024
Thank you Adriene 🤗
Day 17 Energize Juni’22
See you tomorrow 🧘🏻♀️
Namaste 🙏🏻
Thank you.
Thank you for the reminder of paying attention to the breath, the inner body and feeling the breath during this wonderful practice.
This flow was incredible! My back feels so good! Going on 4 months of consistent yoga with Adriene :)
You are a dream. Thank you for your inner and outer beauty 🫶🙏🏽 I wake up with you every morning and my mind and body are in synch 🫶☀️
Me too😂😘
Awesome!
Same here! I was so freaking excited as I managed to hover for a few seconds in crow pose, I seriously surprised myself! I feel so energized and proud after this practice
Me too!!!
These stretches are wonderful. I was shaking in some parts of the practice this morning. I love it. You're the best Adriene. Thanks much. ❤❤
Thank you Adriene🌷
I loved this yoga class. This had everything I need: mindful breathing, rest, finding peace, being powerful, meditation, listening to yourself. Respect for yourself and think of the rest, the big picture.
This is why I have been doing yoga with you every day for almost two years. I am so grateful to have this opportunity🧘🏻♀️🙏🏻
See you tomorrow!
Namaste 🙏🏻
Day 4 of Salute 🍁 This helped stretch my back which was sore from my arms day at the gym. Thank you!
Short sweet practice! Good reminder to move gently with deep breath and sending the breath deep down the belly!
Day 23 Cultivate ❤namaste❤

Blessed Beloved Beauties! Energize Day - 17 is amazing! I am refreshed, renewed, and revitalized. I am so thrilled with the experience of this practice. This is one of my favorite sessions with YWA. Give thanks for this practice being added to the calendar. I had no idea it exist. Workout part 2: calisthenics, weight training, and running after my many errands. Best wishes everyone! Namaste and Ase! 🦋♥️🦋
Yummy…Energized ,2022, through breathing? who knew? Apparently Adriene knows 💕…thank you for sharing your love with us. 🙏🏼🧘🏼♀️💕
This was humbling lol. It was tougher than I expected but I'm proud I finished it.
Always find joy and that inner quiet energy within whenever this practice unfold - kindness and patience to self
that stevie wonder moment(s)...
enjoying this space, containtion of just be ... as the mood was just murky like the weather
M grateful for ending the day w best intentions - dropping onto mat / finding different energy to serve / find what feels good within
Namaste to all practising
Fantastic as usual. I was in pain when I woke up this morning, my back just aching from adjusting to a new job in the kitchen and this video relieved so much of it. Thank you, Adriene!
My almost daily practice is making me feel amazing. Today hitting those 2 new poses the toe one and the balance on the back of the arms one....Thank you Adriene, thank you. And best wishes to everyone out there!
Holy moly that was a fantastic practice to kickstart this week! Thank you, Adriene once again! And thanks to all the Yogis who were practicing with me this morning! Stay strong in mind and body everyone!
when I'm anxious, I always say to myself "allow each now to be another step towards the next now, a doorway to the next present moment". Thank you Adriene.
Thank you Adrienne! I started doing your yoga videos when we first went into lockdown in 2020. As we head into lockdown #7 (yes, I live in Australia) I have now been doing it for 449 consecutive days! Today while you were hearing birds outside I was hearing thunder and lightening.
can’t believe i just realized the power of the breath. it’s always there, right there. i take it for granted too often. it’s what makes me a living , breathing organism connected to my surroundings. thank you for this practice
I DID MY FIRST CROW EVER TOO WOO HOO!! 🎉🎉🎉thanks Adriene ❤❤
🎉🎉🎉
This practice was one for the books!! Feeling so great! Thank you 🎉❤
Salute Day 4🩵🪷 My crow was almost there!🎉
I was walking this morning with my friend, she and I are turning 65 this next month, and she looked at me and said, “you look great Jen” I said, I know, Caron its the yoga. Thank you Adrienne. Every day yoga with you for a year or more and I can count on my hands the days I’ve missed. No joint pain, no hip pain, they’re all falling down around me and you are the reason I’m not. Thank you.
Um...what?! Out of nowhere I was randomly able to do the crow pose for the first time ever?!?! Been doing daily yoga practice since Jan 1, but I've never even come close to being able to do crow pose. I guess my body and balance have been changing with daily practice and I just didn't notice but 🙌🙌🙌🙌 I'm feeling so encouraged and shocked right now 😅. Thank you Adriene for always leading us "to our appropriate edge" 💛
6:25 LOLL exactly what every woman was thinking !!! I LOVE HER WITTY SENSE OF HUMOUR💓
Wouldn't have done this class if it hadn't been on the Move playlist but wow, it was JUST what I needed to ease my poor WFH-on-a-rubbish-chair-aching back! Thank you Adriene and Benji. Also, love the inside first - Amen to that 🥰
Thankyou Adrienne.. You are a great inspiration to this yoga journey of mine . Could not have done or started this without you.. Praise God and God Bless you Always 💞
this is labeled as one of my favorites-such a fluid-moving flow
Love your practice on this gorgeous sunny day in July 2024..
Energize Day 17 ✨ Feeling thankful for my body today 🙏💖
Thank you Adriene ☀️
Day30 Move March’21
See you tomorrow 🧘🏻♀️
Namaste 🙏🏻
I've been with FWFG for two years now. I've learned so much from yoga. I'm a black bet in Tae Kwon Do so many of the poses my body is used to. I'm 64 so you can teach an old dog new tricks. I've learned the slower and deliberate I go, the more of a workout I get. There are poses that are dangerous to men like crossing leg over thigh tightly and some of the reclined twists. Men have have a few things that tend to get in our way if we are not careful lol. I can't thank you, your staff and business partner/s for keeping this going.
Always a treat for the mind, body and soul to do yoga with you
❤thank you ❤ Adriene ❤
Breathe day 8, December 2022. Practised first thing in the morning, long day ahead. Felt really good to get the spine moving and the body stretching. Feeling focused.
Energise day 17, June 2022. For some reason my whole body felt stiff and tired this morning. This practice was a struggle but I kept going. It really didn’t feel like 28 minutes.
I never comment, but this is the most relaxing, most wonderfull, loving practice i’ve even done. Breathing. Comming back to myself. Thank you so much adriene! ❤️
nice
Aww that's better. 😌 that was such a lovely, and refreshing yoga practice, thank you Adriene. Before this practice I was feeling tense, and a little bit agitated. But now I feel calm, and renewed ready to face the rest of my day. Thank you again for always knowing what I need every day. 😊 see you again tomorrow, Namaste. 🙏💜
