A quick trick I have used is to add a few layers of tape or scrap wood over the C and (partial) H to block the laser when I have to restart.
Between you and Matt Outlaw, I may end up with a CNC! 🤩
Right on!
im right on the cusp as well. I just cant decide between the onefinity or shapeoko
Really like your project videos!
Glad to hear it!
I Love it Andy!! I don't have a laser yet on my 4848 Pro. Can I customize with V bits instead?
Oops. Sorry, you answered in the video.
No worries! Totally customizable
Great project! Did you use a drill type function for the dowel holes or were they carved?
Glad you like it! I went back and forth for this toolpath, ultimately I choose not to use the drilling toolpath, but you totally could and it would be fine.
I wish you had a file for Carbide. I don't use Vetric. I found out it won't work with the free/trial version of Vetric either.
