    Perfect. I find tons of morning yoga, but it's bedtime, wind down, turn off the brain that I've been searching for. I love that you are using clear pose cues and not filling the practice with random. chatter.

    Woke up at 6.20. Been working till 14.30 and back to work from 15.30 till 18.30. Took a walk, studied for an hour and now practising with you before having dinner and going to bed. Thanks so much for bright my day ❤
