You're video reminded me of that feeling of starting out and also gave me some hope that no matter how long it takes, I can always get back into it. thank you

Most of us have been raised to be so hard on ourselves. Let's all remind ourselves and each other to be kind to ourselves, and to believe in ourselves more. Sending love.
I started doing yoga for two weeks straight and I can already FEEL and SEE the difference. Every time I’m done with the practice I feel fresh and energized, I’ve also become more flexible and be able to hold hard poses for longer! I’m glad this changed your life for the better❤️
It’s so inspiring to see that you have progressed alone in ashtanga yoga, one of the most difficult styles of yoga. When I open a video for beginners in ashtanga it’s always written “Attention, practice this sequence with a experienced teacher “. But not all of us can go directly to a school. So I think that you are so brave girl!
I cried watching this. “Something from deep within me said to start.” This voice spoke to me too and this video came at the right time. Thank you for sharing, so many of us needed it! 💜
This is so inspiring. Thank you for uploading this video. This video made me realize that I won’t get my back kick over if I just dream about doing it, I have to work to get it.
I love that you showed in parallel the before and after! There's so little "progress" sharing that I've been able to find on the Internet. I've been going to yoga classes twice a week and I haven't seen much progress with me but your video is such an inspiration!
OMG! This gives me so much hope. I did it for two weeks, I started shaping up then the fatigue like wore me off and I stopped. But I'm starting again, I didn't know the little pain and not being able to fully complete posture at the beginning was normal. I guarantee watching you're video, I wont quit
it's normal and the wanting to quit phase after the initial honeymoon period is also normal. there will be many more phases as you continue. just keep doing your best and love yourself for it!
This video is exactly what I needed to see. I’m so glad you posted your progress videos. I’ve restarted my highly modified Ashtanga practice and man it’s hard, but I’m determined to just meet myself on the mat everyday and see how far I get for that day. Little by little. Thank you so much!
Yes! Meeting yourself on the mat consistently is the way to go! Even if some days you don't make it, try to be be fully accepting of it and just come back again the next day!
No one talks about the physical pain in the beginning. It hurts so bad. When I started, I would mostly just lay there cause even that hurt. But,,, determination won! I wanted to be healthy again, and a few short days later, I started feeling better it showed in my body and on and off my mat. Keep going it gets better
I always wondered what unique gift I can give to the world. Maybe that’s it, encouragements, being stoked on life, cheering people on. Thank you for that!
Your video is exactly what I needed to watch. After having my daughter two years ago and as an 'older Mum' I am feeling all the fears you had about your body right now. I just needed to hear that someone else felt the same and all it took was you to just start. I'm starting right now. Thankyou!
I’m so happy to hear that. I started making videos because I thought I surely can’t be the only person, especially the only mom, that feels the things I do. I am really happy to know this helped another mom! Please know you are the best mom for your child and you are supported and appreciated.
This was so insightful and beautiful. It really hit home in a lot of ways for me. I’ve had this vision of myself for the majority of my life that I haven’t been actualizing because I’m not the dancer I used to be, or I have old car accident junk. But I know that if I just showed up and practiced consistently, a lot of my chronic pain would probably dissipate. One of the biggest challenges I have is breaking all the way through to the other side without self-sabotaging. I beat myself down before I’ve truly begun and then I beat myself up for quitting. It’s become a viscous cycle that I know I’m going to have to overcome if I want real progress in my life. So thank you for the reminders of the little things and that half the practice really is just showing up for yourself. Also, thank you for your candor. I wish you lots of success with your UA-cam channel. You have a new subscriber here. ❤️
I am so happy to know that this video helped in some way. We are our harshest critics. I suffered a lot from self-judgment and self-sabotage in many areas of life. Looking back I hurt myself and people closest to me. But life is a school and we are here to learn. We are all fellow students and we can always share notes with each other. And this is what this channel is about! Your comment gives me the fuel to keep sharing openly and honestly about the Work I do with my struggles. I wish you lots of love, gentleness, and appreciation for the self you find in each moment. We are all here with you on this journey. We got this!
I'm quite active and i exercise frequently, however my flexibility is another issue. I was never into yoga, but I'm glad that I clicked on this video. Your way of getting a message across is very comforting and supportive.
Thank you. I needed to see this today. I committed to a daily practice almost 2 weeks ago. It is very difficult as I have little strength and am 20 lbs overweight right now. I’m trying to envision what one year from now looks like. I really hope I can get there. I appreciate this beautiful video.
Seeing this now as the mom of an 8 year old. I've gone back and forth with exercise over the years. Just want to say that everything you describe here about the fears of exercising again really resonates and I appreciate you sharing your experience so compassionately.
I really needed to watch this video. I recently did a Yoga teacher raining course . Yoga helped me when i was suffering with anxiety and losing my father . The only time i could find peace of mind. I’ve been struggling to practice as i work away and work 12. 5 hours per day . But you just showed me over time and showing up NOW the person you desire , you will become that person . Thank you
Thank you for this video! I've been doing yoga on and off since I was 12, I"m now 21. But sometimes I stop for months and I feel really inflexible sometimes and dont push myself enough. But this video is so inspiring and well-made and can really now imagine myself transforming x
you really hit the nail on the head when you said we're scared of starting exercise because you will feel sore, it will hurt at first, and you're bad at it. loved seeing your progress and i hope to be there one day as well!
I have been trying to drag my ass to the mat for a while now. Your post has allowed me to see that it is possible. Thank you. You doing you and posting it has allowed me to see that yes I can. I cannot thank you enough.
This is so inspiring, the only video I have seen about yoga that shows the real struggles of learning the poses, and the way you get there with persistence and determination. I also stopped yoga after my daughter was born and I am now getting back to it 5 years later. I am enjoying the journey but I still have a long way to go before I feel I am improving. Thank you so much for your positive and honest take on how it really is to learn yoga x
your fears are very honest. I didn't even realize how those feelings of comparing to my past self made me scared to get back into my favorite exercises, because I didn't want to feel weaker than I used to be. Thank you for sharing!
Hi! I stumbled on your video last night and it really spoke to me. I used to love yoga, though I never managed to hold a daily practice for very long, but still, I always came back to it and enjoyed it so much. But like you, having kids brought an end to many elements of my previous life and when I needed yoga most I stopped practising. Your message is so motivating because I share your inhibitions about getting back to yoga, and I really appreciate you showing how hard it was yet you continued. One thing that differs is I realised I have not been visualising my ideal self any more, even in my fantasies I stopped seeing myself as fit, strong, motivated, disciplined, and the kind of person who prioritises what is good and right for them and believes in themself. Ouch! Anyway, that was the most powerful take away for me and something I am going to consciously work on now. So, THANK YOU for this video and for sharing, you have really struck a chord with me and I’m very grateful for that wake-up call. 😊 P.S. I got up early this morning to do yoga
I suffer from depression and did yoga quite religiously during spring/first few months of summer last year, and honestly felt great despite being very stiff/weak but things ended up catching up with me. I had several big dips and I couldn't force myself to find the will to do it again. But this video made me remember how good it felt and how great it was for me. I might try to do 100 Days challenge too, thank you so much for the reminder that sometimes you just need to show up.
Couple months after this video was posted I lost my mother. I spent the last 5 months of her life by her side 24x7 and 12 days before she passed away I had to leave and missed her passing. I have not been practicing like I did in this video ever since. For a while I fought against it and felt bad about it. But I realized by doing that I am turning something wonderful into another shackle, so I decided to honor where I was in life and just do my best. I do shorter and easier practices now and less consistently, as the focus of my life shifted so did my practice. I hope you too can find peace with what is while you continue to do your best and love yourself.
I've been wanting to undertake this challenge months ago and last days been thinking more seriously about it. I and watched several videos of people doing yoga for 100 days and this one was the one that actually gave me the push I needed. Thank you so much for the inspiration and the video.... I am starting tomorrow. 🙏🌞🙌😊
I'm sure Laruga Glaser would be pleased that she inspired you to get back to work on Yoga. Laruga is amazing. Her physical technique may be the best I've seen.....definitely the best female practitioner I've seen.
Thank you! You have no idea how refreshing and relatable this video was for me. I’m so grateful for your before and after videos. I really want to get into yoga and I struggle with being consistent but this video motivated me to focus on the act that I’m actually doing it rather than how awful I am at it today.
I love this journey for you. Yoga has been the constant in my life now for 18 years and it has changed my life in so many ways. I’m so happy for you keeping up with your practice. 🎉❤
This is great! I've been doing Yoga with Adrienne for the past month, on and off. I've recently started doing more 'off' than 'on', and decided I needed a good old fashioned yoga inspirational journey video to get me back on my feet 😂 Your journey is so compelling! It makes me think crazy thoughts---like maybe *I* could do a 100 days of yoga challenge too---🤔🧘♀️
This video is so validating! So much of what you've shared, I've thought about too. I'm learning that nonjudgment, a fous on the current action rather than the outcome, and alignment with my highest self are keys to self-improvement and discipline. I'm learning to ground myself in these values as I navigate my own fitness journey and efforts to pick up new hobbies/skills.
These were motivational words I really needed to hear, not just to get back with yoga, but also with a lot of other things I've been avoiding bc of the fear of failing. But failing means I'm trying, so lets do it!! Thank you so much
I really enjoyed this :) I thought it was just going to be a video showing the same posture every day for 100 days & slowly being improved. But this way, showing us your first day & your last day, for me, made it more impactful! And the story & advice about your friend on her bike, what I took from that is that wobbling is a part of life. Even though we might feel scared, we’re still able to move forward in life. Focus on what is going right & keep going. Thank you 🙏🏻 💖
I just hit three months of ashtanga practice because I was inspired by you. I have all the motivation to keep going! I feel so much stronger than I did before.
this feels like divine intervention.. I've been having the same kinda lull in my yoga practice for a few months & then this video appears in my recommended... THEN I noticed that the day you started showing up as your ideal self (22/04) is my birthday! feels very directed at me 😂 thank you for sharing
This is a calling for me💜 thankyou. It feels like universe was telling me through this video to start again. I always wanted to be stronger. I started doing yoga by 10 sun salutations.... then oh mann!!! My thighs were hurting so badly. Now I will start again. Little by little. Consistency. Thankyou
I was doing 108 sun salutation every day, challenge then my knee start to hurt and i had to quit, I am starting again now much slower ❤ but consistent 😊
what a great video! I really felt everything you said and loved the story about your friend and how you said its okay to wobble sometimes! I started doing Yoga on a baily basis 13 days ago and it can be really frustrating to see others move and hold poses with so much strength and agility! but your video really motivated me to keep going. thanks you
Can I just say, I LOOOVE the fact that you say hello and go straight into the video. It always drives me nuts when there’s like 3 minutes of stuff that doesn’t pertain to the actual video 😅
Lol that’s really funny you pointed that out. I probably have 10 minutes worth of footage where I tried awkwardly to say hello, because it actually feels really weird talking into a phone / camera. But when I was editing I decided to cut it all out because it was just painful to watch. Now I prefer it this way, go straight into the topic. Anyways, glad you like it.
This a really incredible video!! Absolutely inspired me. Thank you for sharing and modeling the self-compassion needed to start tackling different challenges and becoming our bestselves
I watched this video in September 2021 as I was convincing myself to begin a daily yoga practice and show up for that first studio class. Been going 4 times a week and trying to do at least 10 minutes at home on the other 3 days for about 8 months now. It is really uncomfortable in the beginning, to feel lost and just plain ole bad at it. I felt so self conscious and almost quit, but I met some awesome women who are in their 60s and 70s and have been practicing longer than I've been alive, and that inspired me to keep showing up. I recently told one of my favorite yoga teachers, "Thank you, you've helped me fall in love with yoga." and she said, "Yoga has fallen in love with you."
Went back to yoga just a month ago and was finally feeling confident enough to try something that was intimidating me for a while now. I did Laruga's Ashtanga video today and was wobbling, pausing and catching my breath while watching the poses I can't do right now. How you looked when you started was me this afternoon. I felt energized and inspired but a part of me was frustrated with myself for not pushing harder, for stopping and whining at certain points in the video. What you shared on this video a year ago was exactly what I needed to hear right in this moment. I remembered that I showed up today on my mat and I can show up again tomorrow and the day after, and the day after. That's what matters. Thank you for sharing your journey. 💜
Thank you for your sweetness. Those words were inspiring and motivating. I'm just approaching yoga and I was feeling not strong enough, but I guess that acceptance and persistence will help.🙏 Thanks a lot!
Thank you so much for this video! The best one I've seen on here so far about yoga journeys. I think because you're sharing your struggles, it's very relatable and encouraging to keep going!
This was really powerful. I have been hesitant to start and I feel you gave me the right reason to hold on "just focus on whats going right for you" . Thank you so much!
Thank you for this video! This pretty much sums up my own journey with Yoga! Have begun again and trying to be consistent , as best as I can since past 2 weeks. This time, I also express gratitude toward myself and the moment and that also helps me to push through, on days I feel it's difficult to make through!
Wow great results! Very inspiring 🙏🏻 Been doing yoga for 30 days now, and I will definitely continue with it. I’m pretty bad at all the poses, but I try to focus more on the breathing.
we are only bad at the poses when we compare ourselves with others. try comparing with yourself from the week before instead and see if that inspires you to keep going with less resistance. You got this!

Thanks for this video. I am looping for courage to begins yoga after 11 ans without doing yoga. I will restart it. Never give up. It is always possible to start from scratch ❤
Yo this is a great video! I love the side by side comparisons of the yoga posses. Really shows how far you've progressed and how much easier it is for you to move
you made great progress in 100 days , there is people who never come so far. And Laruga is out of this world. but you are right, just show up and do what you can is enough.
Ashtanga really is amazing! I started doing Ashtanga a couple of months ago and I have never had such a quick progress in strength before. I’m very excited to see where it leads. Like you I want to be able to move like that and I have been doing yoga for years without much progress at all until I found Ashtanga. I watch David and Jelena 🌞
This was very inspiring, thank you! I'm a mom to an energetic *cough exhausting cough* 15 month old and I recently decided to start doing yoga again. I've been going to classes every other day for two weeks and seeing your progress motivated me even more to keep going! Your progress in such a short time is impressive!
Thank you. I was in a very unique time of my life, where I left my 2 young kids to go home overseas to care for my sick mother. I had less distraction and thus able to practice very consistently. Now that I’m back home with my children I definitely haven’t been able to practice as consistently. So kudos to you for practicing daily while caring for a toddler! You’re doing amazingly!
hey, your video just popped out on my home feed and so I watched it. I used to go to the gym where they have different kind of group classes and because I love yoga i tried Ashtanga for the first time and I fell in love with the practice. Few months later I quit because it was getting closer to my exams at uni and also I wasn't feeling like it was a good moment for me to keep spending time at the gym etc. It took me about a year to get back to practicing and exercising again and now I feel the struggle again but I know I will get better and feel better again. Great video keep up the good work :)
I have to agree with @Ishbelable, visualization (and positive, hopeful thinking) is KEY to a dedicated yoga practice that last for life. Along with great intstructors. Good for you, The Yanza Bird...your changes are internal, as well as external, calm (Zen), The Yanza Bird, strong, positive, beautiful and confident. That is what Ashtanga Yoga is all about..namaste!
congrats for your transformation and for sharing! 💜 we always see how good are others at what great they doing but we don't know how much time they work and struggle with themselfs to get there! I think it's very important to know the stories behind each transformation to not be expected to be perfect from the beginning! Thanks for sharing and showing the transformations ,it means a lot for us !
Well done, it's been said that new challenges are hard at the beginning, messy in the middle but glorious at the end! I am on a similar journey and you have inspired me tokeep going thanks for your persistence, truly inspiring!
I felt very identified with the ideas you present at the beginning of the video and it was just the inspiration I needed to take on my first yoga class. Thank you very much for sharing your experience!
Wow! This video is so inspiring. So glad to have been blessed with this video. Such encouraging positivity and full of wisdom. I am 52 yrs old and just starting my self love practice. These tips are so helpful. My mission for this year is to get strong and confident. And always to be healthy and fit. But now I am focusing more on the self love, confidence and strength. I enjoy yoga. You inspire me to do more because uts like you said, showing up is half the battle, after you do it you feel more energized. It's also like active relaxation, sometimes challenging. Thank you for posting this journey of yours. You got so strong in 3 months. 🙏
Hi Yvette, your comment as hit the nail on the head! This is not a video about yoga, but a video about self love. And self love is a lesson we all need to learn regardless of our age. Only when we truly love ourselves can we take full responsibility for ourselves and our actions. Let's change the world together by loving ourselves more. Thank you.
This is so inspiring. I just started back with my ashtanga practice after a very long pause (years). I lost my flexibility, core/arm strength and balance. This video came at the right time. Thank you and wishing you a wonderful journey. ❤
i love this video it has really inspired me! im going to try and do yoga for however many days thanks to you! and i loved what you said about you visualising yourself and now you need to show up as her, its something i really needed to hear!
Such an inspiring video. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and your experience with us. I don’t know how I stumbled across this video but it showed up for a reason. Being practising ashtanga yoga for 2 years straight, but didn’t get the motivation to do it once I had my baby 3 years ago. Now I’m making excuses of all sorts not to show up and start the journey again. Your statement of “ I have visualised my ideal self long enough, it is time to show up as her” hit me so hard and I even cried a little. I really do hope you will receive the spiritual guidance and the strength from the universe to carry on doing what you love doing. Sending a big hug and lots of love ❤️
Thank you for this portion of inspiration! I just started to do yoga, finding out what is it and your video shows in recommendation`s UA-cam in time! Sometimes I think that looks so clumsy, feel awkward and decided to stop my yoga sessions, but keep im mind one phrase - just keep gong. It helps a lot! On April 10th I will have a small anniversary - 100 days of yoga! Thanks a lot!!
Thank you so much for this video. I’ve been trying to get into yoga but I wasn’t sure where to start or how to feel about it. This is so inspiring and your words are so beautifully said
"I have visualised my ideal self long enough, it is time to start showing up as her" I actually really needed to hear that. Thank you.
Exactly!
Yes! Needed that!
I was thinking the exact same thing! I know I am that person underneath these layers of fat. It's already in us. I'm just gonna show up! This one really hit me. You're not alone! 🙏🏾♥️
Amen
Yes same here! I don’t know how I landed on her page but I’m glad! Thank you!
Such a gentle but inspiring video. 'Start becoming that person you've always wanted to become.' That made me cry a little :')
Let’s cheer each other on to keep showing up as our best selves 💪
same here😊

Yes! We are worth it! I just love what a loving a supportive community we have here in this comment section!
I'm quite active and i exercise frequently, however my flexibility is another issue. I was never into yoga, but I'm glad that I clicked on this video. Your way of getting a message across is very comforting and supportive.
Bloody hell… awesome results… I’ve been practicing daily for the last 3 weeks… this is inspiring
Well done
Thank you 🙏 you’re killin’ it! Keep at it!
This lady deserves more recognition
This lady thanks you :)
I wasn't searching for the message in your video today - but it is exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you so much for sharing.
Thank you. I needed to see this today. I committed to a daily practice almost 2 weeks ago. It is very difficult as I have little strength and am 20 lbs overweight right now. I’m trying to envision what one year from now looks like. I really hope I can get there. I appreciate this beautiful video.
Wow! I am almost nearing my 100 days of yoga! I showed up every day ! Keep going !
You can do this
Yes~!!
Thank you
That rug, jaysus! Loving it....Good for you! You showed yup plenty.
Wow Thank you for taking the time to let me know that. And really, you got this! We got this!
Way to inspire people to get started! The important thing is to start where you are at and give yourself lots of grace!
@@hycicle I am so sorry for your loss
I've been wanting to undertake this challenge months ago and last days been thinking more seriously about it. I and watched several videos of people doing yoga for 100 days and this one was the one that actually gave me the push I needed. Thank you so much for the inspiration and the video.... I am starting tomorrow. 🙏🌞🙌😊
All the best on your journey
@@hycicle thank you ❤🙏
Woke up in the morning really grumpy and unmotivated! Saw this and I dragged my ass to workout!! Thank you so much for this!
After experiencing a very stressful day, your video has brought me to tears and inspired me. Thank you!
Such a nice and delicate video. No theorizing but rather genuine talk. Loved it. Have completed 23 days❤ Thanks for motivating me more🌈
I cannot tell you how timely this video is for me. Thank you soo much
I love this journey for you. Yoga has been the constant in my life now for 18 years and it has changed my life in so many ways. I’m so happy for you keeping up with your practice. 🎉❤
Very uplifting message about not focusing on what's not going perfectly but instead to focus on what's going right
This is great! I've been doing Yoga with Adrienne for the past month, on and off. I've recently started doing more 'off' than 'on', and decided I needed a good old fashioned yoga inspirational journey video to get me back on my feet 😂
Your journey is so compelling! It makes me think crazy thoughts---like maybe *I* could do a 100 days of yoga challenge too---🤔🧘♀️
Yes! Maybe you can document it too!
I’m currently doing Yoga with Adrienne 30 day yoga camp and loving it! Give it a go again. You can do it!!
Thank you so much
Absolutely! Failing is a testimonial to your braveness.
Thank you 🙏🏻 💖
Let’s all remind ourselves that wobbling is a sign of courage, a sign that we are daring something new! Much love to you.
I’m On Day 2, you have inspired me, Thank you a lot! I will be Back On April 13 when I hit day 100! Thanks a lot!
Awesome! You got this!
I just hit three months of ashtanga practice because I was inspired by you. I have all the motivation to keep going! I feel so much stronger than I did before.
This is incredible and so inspiring. Massive transformation in 100 days!
this feels like divine intervention.. I've been having the same kinda lull in my yoga practice for a few months & then this video appears in my recommended... THEN I noticed that the day you started showing up as your ideal self (22/04) is my birthday! feels very directed at me 😂 thank you for sharing
When you SOUL desires something, the entire Universe conspires in helping you achieve it ;)
This is a calling for me💜 thankyou.
I started doing Yoga on a baily basis 13 days ago and it can be really frustrating to see others move and hold poses with so much strength and agility! but your video really motivated me to keep going. thanks you
Thank you! Keep keeping at it! Your got this!
You're a wise woman. Your outer progress is reflection of that :) Loved the pat on the back 🙃
Genuinely appreciate reading this. Thank you :)
@@hycicle you're very welcome
Can I just say, I LOOOVE the fact that you say hello and go straight into the video. It always drives me nuts when there’s like 3 minutes of stuff that doesn’t pertain to the actual video 😅
Lol that’s really funny you pointed that out. I probably have 10 minutes worth of footage where I tried awkwardly to say hello, because it actually feels really weird talking into a phone / camera. But when I was editing I decided to cut it all out because it was just painful to watch. Now I prefer it this way, go straight into the topic. Anyways, glad you like it.
@@hycicle that’s hilarious haha I love that! 😅 Well thank you so much for sharing your story, it has truly inspired me! 💛💛💛💛
This a really incredible video!! Absolutely inspired me. Thank you for sharing and modeling the self-compassion needed to start tackling different challenges and becoming our bestselves
Always act out of love ❤️🙏
That is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing with us.
Thank u for the motivation!!! Focus on feelings and myself! Its too hard , but too important!
Why is it that the simple things are the most inspirational? Love this message, Thank you
This was soo inspiring to watch! I've always wanted to get into Yoga and I think that this is my sign! 😍🙌🏻
So happy to hear that!
Thank you for your sweetness. Those words were inspiring and motivating. I'm just approaching yoga and I was feeling not strong enough, but I guess that acceptance and persistence will help.🙏
Thanks a lot!
Thanks for sharing this. My wife and I watched 3 of your videos and we found them really really inspiring. 👏
Thank you so much for this video! The best one I've seen on here so far about yoga journeys. I think because you're sharing your struggles, it's very relatable and encouraging to keep going!
you voice things in such a clear way and it makes so much sense
This was really powerful. I have been hesitant to start and I feel you gave me the right reason to hold on "just focus on whats going right for you" . Thank you so much!
I appreciate you posting this. Seeing that guitar in the background really tells a lot. You seem really skilled 🖤
Haha thanks. I am not at all skilled on the guitar though. But I do enjoy playing it.
Very inspiring 🙏🏻
Been doing yoga for 30 days now, and I will definitely continue with it. I’m pretty bad at all the poses, but I try to focus more on the breathing.
we are only bad at the poses when we compare ourselves with others. try comparing with yourself from the week before instead and see if that inspires you to keep going with less resistance. You got this!
we are only bad at the poses when we compare ourselves with others. try comparing with yourself from the week before instead and see if that inspires you to keep going with less resistance. You got this!
@@hycicle that is so true! Thank you:)
Your journey is very inspiring. I have a long road ahead in my own yoga journey, including a lot more weight loss, but thank you for the inspiration.
Thank you!
you made great progress in 100 days , there is people who never come so far.
You are amazing. I just started my yoga journey today. I haven’t done it in four years due to an autoimmune disease i fell ill with. ❤️
I'm so happy that saw this video now. It's inspire me to continue to do yoga more and don't give up early. Thank you so much!
hey, your video just popped out on my home feed and so I watched it.
I have done yoga 42days and your video inspired me to do 100days more . keep growing 💗
Thank you.
Focus on what's going RIGHT for you! Such a powerful truth!
So glad this was helpful to you in some way!
I am happy this video showed on my home page! This is a sing to continue doing yoga. Thank you! Great video :)
That’s beautiful. It’s not about being good at something, but being good to ourselves :) you got this!
3:02 I love how the ducks are just admiring you
Love your honesty and transparency. I’m in the beginning stages of my yoga journey. Thanks for sharing
Thank you.
It's like your in my head! I loved this.
Haha thank you. I love the analogy
Thank you so much for this video. I’ve been trying to get into yoga but I wasn’t sure where to start or how to feel about it. This is so inspiring and your words are so beautifully said
Laruga inspired me too!!! ❤
This video has inspired me to keep going with yoga, because I have the same fears that you did! Thanks for sharing :)
