Dr Li, you are changing my relationship with food. This is exactly what I needed to motivate me to eat what’s good. The way you explain is amazing. I’m looking at the fresh fruit now thinking that will help my brain or that will prevent diabetes ❤❤❤ I am in a very happy place with food now. Thank you so much. I will follow you forever.🥰
Thank you so much Dr. William Li, for all those vital information of foods as medicine for Arthritis you are a blessing to us. GOD Bless you and your family 🙏🩷
Dr Li, I found your video very informative. I tend to steam my veggies and with bone broth, I buy beef soup bones and boil it well and skim off the fat. Very tasty and healthy as you said. Thanks
Thank you Dr. Lee! I suffer from osteoarthritis 😢 and it’s not easy to have sore hands, wrists, neck and lower back everyday- but I really try to eat healthy Whole Foods and exercise ☺️ I will definitely add more of the foods you listed here! Thank you 🙏
Green tea EGCG anti inflammatory also creates L- theanine antiflam. 5 cups/ day may reduce inflammation by half! Also green tea is anti-angiogenic helps prevent swelling in joints.
So informative and interesting, Dr. Li. I look forward to hearing from you. Your wisdom is unbeatable, and you make it available for everyone. Sharing your knowledge with the general public is so generous of you. It’s missing in today's world. So, thank you for what you do.
Dr Li, could I use this green leaves to make jelly to help my rheumatoid arthritis? Scientific name: Tiliacora triandra Family: Menispermaceae Kingdom: Plantae. Thanks
I had salmon fillet, black beans and avacado today…. Trying to eat better and healthier. I have always had a pretty good menu but incorporating Whole Foods… I have quit the artificially sweetened drinks … destroys microbiome….water… V8 low sodium is mostly what I drink… coffee and tea also.
