Thank you!!! It is Friday 24th April 2020 strange times. My granddaughter's 3rd birthday. I said nanny is really sad she can't be with you. Off she went in to the kitchen banged the door. Came back I said I am making some little cakes here so we can light them and blow them out. Off she went again bang of the door. She came back again and said no, no nanny your birthday too... I said yes what a lovely idea!! I guess I have a cake with candles and she has thought about it and that = a birthday. So thank you I have started my day well with your video. It is not the day we have planned but we have that to look forward to. If anyone else wants to make fairy cakes and have a birthday come and join us x x x x

Thank you- this is a lovely sequence & a wonderful way to start the day! I love starting the day with yoga in bed- having a kiddo sometimes when I intend to get out of bed & go do yoga that just doesn't end up happening 😆 if I just stay in bed though it's like I'm already in a little cozy cocoon & yoga is a lot easier to do. Thanks again! ✨🙏🏽✨

thank you. i'm studying to be a yin yoga teacher atm but right now im in a deep mental health dip so its hard to go on the floor and do it on my own. So i'm back to where i beagn with guided youtube yoga vids. this was really nice and needed. my cat was with me, occupying the flannel shirt i was going to wear, and when i did the first bananasana i accidentally toched her and she smiled.

Oh my this was soooo wonderful. I've been stuck and stiff this winter, having dropped out of my intensive yoga class two months ago. I had begun to dread yoga. By this has brought me right back to it. I'm going to stay with this gentleness for a few weeks and hopefully I'll be back to moving soon. Thank you!! You are as always a ball of light.

Hi Dr. Bri, Good Morning :-) I just completed this practice for, I believe the 3rd time now. This time though, I prepped my space better (my bed area). I haven't really given myself enough bed area...lol...too much, um, stuff on my bed. It was not very many days ago that I actually, sort of, hurt myself...haha...just moving my pillows. I will mention, that said moving of pillows was at least a couple of days before I first followed this lovely routine.
Now my bed is much nicer and roomier, and I was able to gain even more. I love Dr. Bris voice, and demonstration, and everything, everything about this! I almost wish it was even longer, but, I imagine most folks probably don't have as much time as I do to wake up, and prepare for the day. Really this is so perfect, and I'm thinking what I will be doing is this one first, and then the wonderful self massage that is shared in Dr. Bri's "things that make you go poo" series; part 2. Because, I need to get back to regular healthy every day pooing ;-)
This time I was really able to get the good stretching, and also relaxing into poses, and I love this

I’ve been doing a lot of your programs, but I have come to learn I have a stage 3 POP and finding a few difficult. I have to wait a few weeks to meet with my specialist. Are all exercises off limits now?! I regularly run at the gym, and strength train. I’m okay with transitioning to walking, but is that even okay now? Very relaxing video. 🙂

Glad you liked the Morning Yin! As per your question, with a stage 3 prolapse you can still walk and/or do the elliptical as long as you breathe steadily (don't hold your breath!!!) and watch your posture (don't thrust your ribs forward, and don't slouch). I encourage you to stop running and lifting heavy weights until you've had a chance to speak with the specialist. He/she might recommend use of a pessary, which may help you be able to return to some of the activities/sports you love! You can still explore many of my other core strengthening videos; my playlists can all be viewed here: bit.ly/FemPlaylists -- definitely check out Super Subtle Core (find it in the playlists or google it) which can be surprisingly hard! Lastly, I encourage you to sign up for my free "Lift" series (if you haven't already completed it): femfusionfitness.com/lift-pelvic-organ-support/ Good luck!

Just one thing I don't understand in your instructions : how can You "lengthen the space between your vertebrae and your spine", since your spine is made up of your vertebrae ?
Thank You for your answer ! ;)
