I listen to several meditation videos but I always come back to Mindful Movement videos. I love her soothing voice. Her voice puts me to sleep every night especially during my anxious nights and wakes me up with her delicate voice to be thankful for another day. Dear Sarah, I have been using your meditations regularly since I got a kidney stone during the initial lock down period of covid...though I immensely enjoy and am grateful for each and every one of your mediations, this one just called me and hit me in the most beautiful and unexpected of ways. This is beautiful. I am in deep grief after the death of my son. This meditation really helped to bring my emotions up, feel them, and move through them. I felt softened and much calmer. Thank you so much❤🙏
It's always sad to read another's loss and grief, i send you warm thoughts with empathy. My daughter passed 30 years ago age 15. it's a very long journey of healing when eventually and hopefully you'll be able to live with that fact of major loss. I have found small dogs to be of great comfort especially during the long lonesome nights and still take solace with my furballs in the emptiness times. Things have gotten better over time, that time when you can look back with fondness but it is a long journey but life can still have beautiful moments. This channel with Sara Raymond has literally been a lifeline for me with my severe PTSD that was a result of my loss. I have certain videos from Sara ALWAYS at hand on my phone, tablet and laptop. Use whatever is positively beneficial for your grief and look after YOU and take it easy. Sending you blessings this Sunday, take care, peace, love and light ❤
