    I only tried this once and it already helped! I woke up at 5am in the morning from lots of pain from constipation. I tried this and it really helped. Thank you so much.

    Hello Dr. I was suffering with digestion problem for a long time and even proper exercise and jogging didn't helped much. But this one is just amazing. I got the result in very few attempts. Thanks a lot for posting this.

    I'm writing this comment while sitting on the toilet. A vigorous massage with spearmint last night was not enough but your yoga routine came to the rescue after days in pain. This is great, tyvm!!

    This was AMAZING! I suffer from IBS (both C and D) and during a flare-up, this really helped to calm my digestive system down while simultaneously getting it going in a healthy progression. Thank you for this, I will definitely be watching for more of your videos! :)

    Thank you so much for your post. I've been thinking of trying something like this for constipation for a very long time. And the lemon EO tip is appreciated, I have some, and never knew that I could use it on my stomach. I can't wait to try it. I tried the video this AM, and it felt very relaxing. Letting my stomach go and relax is what I needed. I tend to hold my stomach because its often bloated, which is probably making things worse. Namaste.
