The public face of a company is the receptionist, and this one gives a very bad impression. She is obviously in the wrong job and her boss would do well to remove her from that position.
I work on a reception, front facing interacting with visitors and members of the public. Always smile and be polite is the golden rule. The grey haired women was a disgrace, zero people skills and ignorant. She should never be allowed in a front facing role, or near a 'reception
It’s funny how they are alarmed by someone with a camera when I expect almost, if not all, of them have their phones (usually switched on) with a camera! Great video and drone footage, many thanks BEV.

The senior receptionist anticipated rightly or wrongly that her company wouldn't benefit from your presence and the management acted very professionally in speaking to you.
She didn’t even let you explain what you were doing,,very rude woman,,,,the other one was trying to listen to you and the witch made the other women feel small…..another foolish woman.
