Top audit . Police staff attempting to commit assault and theft is an alarming indication of the mindset of the constabulary . Very disturbing demeanors displayed ,especially Mason who appeared to be teetering on the edge of inanity , pathetically attempting to impose himself into your personal space to incite a retaliatory response . Very interesting with all the dumped bikes as other constabularies auction them off . Certainly with the listed buildings and being publicly funded the public have the right to keep tabs on the upkeep .
Pity the British cops don’t turn up to burglaries or robberies as quick as they do when anyone upsets them by pointing a camera at them. When they attended a skirmish in south London where they were attacked by a mob with weapons yet they never even wore riot gear whereas, I a visiting lone camera man is getting far more grief.
Your whole point is that there's a public footpath but the footpath clearly started from beyond the barrier, so it's their private footpath that's only accessible from their private land - as you were only able to access it by walking on the road and through the barrier, that doesn't make it publicly accessible
They've just been ranked 75th out of 100 for the The Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship programme (PCDA). I'd say they have a pretty fair climb to the top 20!
DJE I'm sorry to tell you this but you are incorrect in your knowledge of the law, your correct it is a civil matter but once your asked to leave your supposed to leave if you don't using reasonable force they can remove you, if you become difficult or return to the site it then becomes an illegal trespass and even on land that is paid for by the public like a police station in what they regard as there private section
What a nasty, pompous and arrogant person. He won't ever understand how to be pleasant and civil and that changing his attitude would get better reactions from people.
So very nice to see how 5:00 these civil servants care for all of our property. It goes to show the hatred that they have for the general public, does it not? We always knew that they only care about themselves, and not the public, now this is proof.
I’ve noticed something about British policing - no one is really in charge, there’s absolutely no rank despite the stripes and pips one may have -- even a private interjects questioning members of the public totally disregarding rank. No wonder no one respects the police anymore, the training is a total failure.
Why the police are hated. That man was unkempt, rude and ignorant. He was a bully. They leapt to assumptions and showed hostility and antagonism without cause. Not everyone who films is there to “get a reaction”. Just like every cop isn’t Wayne Cozens.🤷♀The sergeant knew there was no signage, they hadn’t bothered with the gates for ease for them of access, in fact just laziness. But he chose belligerence and lies. Is that the level of their skills? No wonder the crime rate is so high. A simple polite explanation and request to leave may have given them a better reaction.
Maybe not every cop is a WC, ( but I would have a good look at the bully boy , he has the kind of ego and arrogance that we can do without in the police force .
Adam that's what I thought too. If we pay for it then we have a right to walk onto it. There are no restrictions posted. They can't really post them I think because that would be denying the human rights act. It's not a criminal offence as Curtis points out to walk where he was, but there is a civil law of trespassing, only it wouldn't stand up in court, because they are not displaying trespassers will be prosecuted, because they can't prosecute them, and they're not within their rights to display a sign with that information either.Civil trespass is none of their business!! The gate itself is a deterrent but not a NO Through Access. That would contradict the information on the ground. Visitors and Staff. There is no code book on display stating that all visitors have to get passes and or permissions to be on that ground. I mean all that land around the station, and to the left as they are walking to the junction is a bench and picnic area, which is a great place to observe comings and goings, they can't restrict that either if someone wanted to sit observing. These coppers whether in uniform or Civvies think they know more about the law than us, but they just use silly points which aren't accurate to try and establish their authority and fool us...All because they are "The Law"!!!!!😮😮😮😮😮 They are mostly very embarrassing folk. A massive sign at the front also said … “VISITORS” … or the “public” as they’re usually known. Plod … “It’s a restricted site, so I can get as close as I like”… no, that’s not in any Act or Common Law. Plod … “it’s an enclosed site”… no, it isn’t, you’re lying again - he walked straight in. Plod were aggressive and useless. One stood like a pair of scissors the other with his hands in his pockets, illegally demanding ID. No such Law in England & Wales. Then came the REQUEST to leave, “ for trespassing” and the fact he walked on apparently “makes no difference at all”. Well thicko Plod, in Law it makes a MASSIVE difference. Fat Show off Sergeant Plod (as always) shakes, stutters, panics and leaps to violence, even though the odds are 6 to one and it’s a peaceful chap. Then the other plod refused to ID. Then he invented some facts, about what was said, as they always do. “What matters is this is private”. WRONG . What matters is how he came to be there. He’s on a public highway - as public are sometimes allowed on site, and it’s a highway. So a suite of Laws apply.
Implied right of access once rescinded you have no right of access. Reasonable force is allowed to remove someone who is trespassing. Otherwise people could just stand in your lounge going “it’s a civil matter, it’s a civil matter”

None of them are actually angry, they’re trying their hardest to outdo each other with words. They’re articulate and that’s how they can run these channels. If you went out in the street and recorded the usual interactions of people in everyday arguments you’d see more of the behaviour that you recognise in America, ie swearing, pushing, aggression and fighting etc
Gosh you are very rude men.. the police officers were absolutely fine with you and very polite and patient....you just do it to wind them up..do an audit in China and see what would happened
They haven't got resources to respond to serious crime like buglery and assault however in these audits you see 5 6 and more constable just wasting resources for legal activities, this needs to stop and addressd!!!
You are wrong. The police can put hands on you under common law to remove you from from police property if its deemed restricted once they have verbally removed your implied right of access and you refuse to move.
Once you have been informed that it’s private property and you have been asked to leave you must. If you fail then reasonable force can be used to remove you, or as you say “hands on”.
They cannot be bothered to investigate assaults or burglary it yet have full teams on duty to harass people for taking videos in public. Professionally inept, totally ignorant of the law and extremely rude.
I can see your comment so he can't have blocked you..Curtis may have deleted a single comment or it could have been the voracious yootoob algorithms. Auditors in general "sanitize" their comments sections. They're not very keen on taking advice when they're wrong, they seem to view it as criticism.

Only if you want to be arrested for aggravated trespass..! There's no legal requirement for any fences, barriers, gates, or signs. If its private its private.
Furthermore, one of the signs at the entrance says that "ID must be worn on the site at all times", and that is of course a condition for going in there.
So now you cant go to a police headquarters as they are private, where did they get all the money to buy all these police property's, they hate the cameras dont they

That place needs a mass audit.
Don't be ridiculous, audits are to uphold rights in public places. A police HQ is a private property and the NPCC isn't relevant on private property.
Where is the gate house then?
I will have this 1 😂 soft as butter that mupet looked like a scruff.. acted tough then brought the goons out joker... even the seargant kept silent for him madness.. 👍 bro keep it up 💙
Every house must now put up a private property sign otherwise auditors think it’s not private property. Thanks for that gem of information 😂
Hahahaha 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
Brilliant Curtis 👏, i absolutely love these videos. Keep up the good work mate 👍.
The vibes I’m getting is that they can do whatever they like in a totally arrogant manner, totally drunk on power, they have the exclusive rights “to throw thier weight around” and that we have to be silent and take thier arrogant bullying behaviour - just imagine if they had guns - I’ve had to deal with stupid power-tripping supermarket managers like this in my 30 years in supermarket retailing and anything goes with them
Congratulations Curtis for hitting 16 thousand subscribers! Well done.
The unmanned 'South Gate' was possibly the biggest slip up since Gareth's penalty miss!
No wonder that chubby Wurzel Gummage sargent is working in Hq hes that unfit he couldnt catch the cold
Interesting comment and information 🤗👌
yes interesting comments
Big belly is so unnecessary aggressive and this distance closing is so intimate like he wanted a kiss all the time, disgusting.
Thats why I didn't listen to him to show that his approach doesn't work.
It’s just a matter of time before Curtis Arnold is arrested again!
I would think they need a lawful injuction served on you (signed by the court) before they can hands on?
Correct me if this is not the case.
Obviously they have become lazy and complacent when it comes to their own site security by leaving the main gate open
His ego wont allow him to walk off and now the other cop is trying to put words into your mouth 🤣🤣🤣
Nice one. Thanks for doing these.
Good work sir.
I’ve noticed something about British policing - no one is really in charge, there’s absolutely no rank despite the stripes and pips one may have -- even a private interjects questioning members of the public totally disregarding rank. No wonder no one respects the police anymore, the training is a total failure.
All police officers are constables regardless of rank.
Theyll do anything if they think they can get away with it ! Wearing kids sized shirts is a give away ✌️✌️🇬🇧🇬🇧
Nothing owned by the government can be classed as private. There may be restricted areas but if it’s paid for by the public… it’s not private.
These coppers whether in uniform or Civvies think they know more about the law than us, but they just use silly points which aren't accurate to try and establish their authority and fool us...All because they are "The Law"!!!!!😮😮😮😮😮
They are mostly very embarrassing folk.
I wouldn't do their job for a million quid.
And they get paid good money to loiter about and also picking on one man... Team work meaning has changed. That's what it was meant to be in a group, now it's gang up and bully team....
He's a bit of a sod though is Curtis, he makes me smile with his consistent determination. You gotta love a guy for that 🤗👌💐
@@Pixie.Little There is a blue sign on the South Gate wall that says, "Identification must be worn on this site at all times". I suppose you could identify as anything these days.
That's nonnsence.....you been watching auditors and believing their fairytales. Police property is private property, check it if you don't believe it.
@@norabradley9108 You are totally mistaken. It's owned or leased by the police force and is private property. You may be getting things mixed up with the USA but here in the UK things are very different.
@@NickLea ‘owned or leased’ by the police means it’s paid for by the public.
LEGALS
“It’s not open to the public, you need an appointment” [which allows the public inside] so it’s open to the public then.
“You can be on site if you’re escorted”… so it’s open to the public then.
“You not allowed onsite unless you are someone who’s [anyone who’s] vetted”… so it’s open to the public.
The uniformed officers really helped resolve the problem.
😂😂😂
Lol.
What , the statues🤣🤣🤣👍🏻
They are sheep’s
Implied right of access once rescinded you have no right of access. Reasonable force is allowed to remove someone who is trespassing. Otherwise people could just stand in your lounge going “it’s a civil matter, it’s a civil matter”
Civil matter: 5 officers x 30mins x £40/hour: £100 seem reasonable?
£40/hr for doing what exactly?
Sergeant grew a pair when his backup turned up. "I got this one" Smh 🙄
Does that guy work for the NCA?, geez I thought they had a base in there, now that’s confirmed. Avon & Somerset Police though, I’ve had some tyrants threaten me from that force before, so doesn’t surprise me

how did the fat one pass the fitness test standards are slipping
No he'll shortly be on maternity leave after the birth. Men can be pregnant, allegedly.

🤣🤣🤣
Since when did police property become private? All government property is public as the public pay for it. The only place the the public can’t access is to those areas marked as restricted.
you believe you have carte blanche access to all government buildings?...Unless a sign tells you otherwise rather than an individual?
Walks in. Has a look around. Even stops and chats to the comms lady. 🤣 Not really your fault mate. What it points out is their lackadaisical attitude towards security. Do better Mr. Plod. I also want to say, the clean shaven cop was very cordial and professional. Top marks to him
I want to report a Murder, can I have an appointment please. 🤣🤣🤣

'Found a gap' Like behind some bushes where I squeezed between 2 fence posts after searching for a 'gap'?
I just love this guy he has got some nerve, that's what makes he's videos so good 😂
You guys are so different in the way you get mad and frustrated vs Americans....it's like a mix of mad and polite and not one or the other....great content either way
None of them are actually angry, they’re trying their hardest to outdo each other with words.
Great work!
Cheif constable hid in his kennel while he sent out his guard dogs and pups.
Receptionist sounding like she's the Queen. Subscribed! Your auditing style is seriously good!
The polish queen ?
They haven't got resources to respond to serious crime like buglery and assault however in these audits you see 5 6 and more constable just wasting resources for legal activities, this needs to stop and addressd!!!
nice vid , keep up the good work . let`s get all the team out there
You are wrong. The police can put hands on you under common law to remove you from from police property if its deemed restricted once they have verbally removed your implied right of access and you refuse to move.
18:24
Sargent scruffy needs to have a shower and shave 😂😂😂
Once you have been informed that it’s private property and you have been asked to leave you must.
If you fail then reasonable force can be used to remove you, or as you say “hands on”.
Free country
Adam was out of breath after walking over the road to you 🤣🤣🤣
Spud Belly
😂😂😂
They cannot be bothered to investigate assaults or burglary it yet have full teams on duty to harass people for taking videos in public. Professionally inept, totally ignorant of the law and extremely rude.
Do these police not know for whom they work? Right ready to accost and inflict their agenda.
Beer Belly Mason got picked on at school. Still wearing a food stained polo shirt.

IMAGINE IF SOMEONE WENT THERE EVERYDAY AND THEY HAD TO CONTROL THE BARRIERS EVERYDAY 😂😂😂 There would be alot of traffic on that roundabout! 🎉
Imagine this lad walks into a local pub and behaves like this.😂😂😂
"Makes no difference at all"
There's literally a footpath that walks right into the area 🤣🤣
You blocked me comments on your shorts. Pretty ironic that you can't take criticism but post videos of people you criticizing people. Ironic
WELL SAID
I can see your comment so he can't have blocked you..Curtis may have deleted a single comment or it could have been the voracious yootoob algorithms.
Auditors in general "sanitize" their comments sections. They're not very keen on taking advice when they're wrong, they seem to view it as criticism.
That card he showed doesn't say he's a police officer. I guarantee it states 'Constable' not Police Officer.
I don't want to walk on the grass 🤣🤣🤣🤣
"WHY oh WHY" is the "TAX PAYER" paying for all this luxury ?
All this is coming from the Public taxes, why do the police need all this because this is "Not" policing , how to waste the tax payers money 😡🤬
Don't they (The Police) like to protect there open space and keep us the public out the question is "Why" 🤔🤬
Does look like quite an expensive building. Not cheap to heat etc
Not like it matters to you David you layabout, nothing comes out of your universal credit mate calm down
The sign to the left outside of the headquarters does say “visitors by appointment only”. So you were on the site when you weren’t meant to be. Look harder for signs next time before walking in.
Police must remember in England we don't have to carry ID .A passport we use to go abroad a driving licence we use to drive. In England there's such thing as carring a ID card
Good grief - these police are as thick as short planks - how many times do you have to tell them what you're doing & tell them to stop moving towards you. Don't ever lower your self to their level of intelligence - also how bloody scruffy that Mason bloke is - needs a kick up the @#ss by his bosses. Their attitude towards members of the public is absolutely disgraceful. Hope their senior officers take them to account as they need to pull their heads in. They must have something to hide if they are that paranoid about a camera. This could have been a really nice interaction if one of them had said - no worries - there are the police cars.
"You're going to have to leave the site" 2 secs later - "stop walking away from me" 😂
I'm dreading the day we get police officers sharing our fire station. I know it's going to happen in the near future but I think that when it does, I might just quit. I detest the police and to have to put up with PC Karen and PC Dick, as seen in this video will be a new low point in my career.
Hahahahah the ending is epic, cars everywhere!
You say - "You can't go hands on"...
You're wrong.
Halsburys Law of England vol 45 paragraph 1400 if you want to check
They are authorised on behalf of the land owner/occupier to enforce trespass law.
-"there's no private sign so I can go back in"....
Only if you want to be arrested for aggravated trespass..!
There's no legal requirement for any fences, barriers, gates, or signs. If its private its private.
Furthermore, one of the signs at the entrance says that "ID must be worn on the site at all times", and that is of course a condition for going in there.
@@tomask.3983 Furthermore again, at 31:55 it says "visitors by appointment only"
So now you cant go to a police headquarters as they are private, where did they get all the money to buy all these police property's, they hate the cameras dont they
the end was classic
My first time watching you. If beard bloke is a trainer then we can see where the problem lies. It looked like he asked the 4 students to come down and watch how he gets rid of you. Need signs or we have to guess and it's our fault if we guess wrong lol.
What an embarrassment to the force the plain clothes was and the others knew it.
No wonder the police have no money with sites like that
You're so disingenuous with the people you interact with. Pretending you're not there for reactions; that instigating confrontation isn't your main aim. Lying about whether or not you're recording, etc. Very scummy.
Poke, poke, poke.
"Oh my! You didn't like my poking!"
Absolute jobsworth.
I get why you are pissed off by the police and I can see why you want to give them a taste of their own medicine. Just tread carefully because they have more power than you and you don't want them to have the last laugh.
That's good advice
