the level of harassment you've had to endure is immense. the woman and her family should really be jailed for criminal damage, false reporting and wasting police time. stay strong and never retaliate, they are out to provoke you, that's clear. if you have funds and police are not much help, you could sue them privately..with a lot of evidence like this it can bring a conviction.

So what happened about the van with the video evidence?

We have these neighbours that dont care about their kids stomping at any time in the day, records our dog just to listen in our conversations, has a shitty attitude you that you dont care if you go to prison, 4 years this has been going on for and sod all has been resolved, best advice we got from housing was just gonna have to put up with it. Just a summary.... my neighbour accused me of beating my partner., even through both my partner and myself said i have touched her they still sent to arrest me, then cause we kicked off they said they assest us for disturbing the peace. It was OK for the neighbour to shout, swear and threaten my partner me and my dogs but if I said anything oh hell breaks lose. And loads more. I hate the police

You should of demanded to inspect your items before signing so that after inspection if anything is missing and damaged you then plaster it all across the form then sign and demand a copy for your solicitor
