Could've been a great video if the tips weren't so hard to read.
It's called cursive...
So many critical comments. Fruits and veggies are fine together. Multi vitamins are multi because they work together. The body is fine with it. The body isn't made of lace and ribbons.
A vacuum blender solves this problem 100% of the time
Thank you
So use a spatula to stop the foam from getting into your glass.
What about water? I'm big on antioxidants and I don't have much money. Buying fresh fruit is hard for me because I am not a sugar person.
To get around the fresh fruit part. I started buying organic frozen bags of berries. My doctor says to focus on the three b's of berries. Black, blue and ras.
I only add the frozen berries but have evolved to buy frozen berrie bags that have chunks of mango and strawberry in it too. I'm only adding water. Your video is confusing because I don't know which suggested direction is good for me based off my smoothie components.
I am also wondering if the foam is something I should start adding water too at the end and drinking because of the insoluble fiber you claim the foam is? Do I need the insoluble fiber?
I can't read the tips
Ahhhh smoothie foam, a foam that ruins the smoothie itself
i find if i use a ninja or something like that , i dont get foamy smoothies. but when i use a blender .... i always get foamy bubbles , at makes you very burpy ....
i wonder why :/
Did you try the tips to reduce foam? Yes you are essentially ingesting bubbles so that (or the ingredients) maybe be causing the gas.
@@BlenderBabes didn't seem to really work. Different blended, bubbled , ninja perfect.
@@mattduncan5500 the foam is filled with air. That's why.
@@Light-Shift i think u may of missed where the Q was tho. not why burpy . Why A blender makes foam and a ninja doesnt .
thought it was interesting
The foam is gross 🤢
its air not fibre
I never understood anyone that mixes kale, spinach and other leafy greens with fruits like apples, bananas. Just nasty. And based on some quack idea that you need to mix a bunch of foods together to get all different nutrients. The best way to eat fruits and veggies is MONO meals. Bananas by themselves, apples by themselves, carrots by themselves etc. Some can mix, but it's best not to if you want to keep a clean digestive system.
I hear you, and yes, different enzymes are required to break down fruit vs vegetables/leafy greens - when eating whole and needing the stomach acid and body to break it down. In a "green smoothie" however, the blender has broken down all the ingredients so it's much more bioavailable to the body and requires much less to break down and digest. So it's actually quite healthy to have several servings of fruits and vegetables this way. It's also a great way for people to get phytonutrient packed leafy greens into their diet when they wouldn't normally otherwise. :) I've got some amazing green smoothie recipes on my website, I'm sure you will find one you love! www.blenderbabes.com/recipes/#1+category:green-smoothies
