I realy need to know that, is there any white noise if u just have them one without anything playing? I cant use headset's with any white noise at all.. this i way i cant use logitech g pro x wireless etc.
They won’t have white noise, but I haven’t used them yet. One thing that tells me that is I’ve seen reviews where people talk about going throughout their houses without having a single hiccup of sound distortion. I definitely consider white noise distortion, so I’d have to assume at least one of the people would have mentioned it.
So I sat down in a room with nothing playing for 5 minutes and I don't to believe I heard any white noise. I may have been over thinking it but maybe a hard to pick up static.
I just ordered these a few days ago and can’t wait to get them. They’ll be replacing the Blackshark V2 Pro’s that I’ve been using for a couple of years. I was really hoping to find something that would be perfect for playing games as well as listening to music whether I’m at home or traveling and I think these will fill both roles beautifully.
@@VonDutchNL I love them. To be honest, I had never used any planar magnetic headphones before these and I was kind of expecting it to be staggeringly better than the dynamic headphones I had been using for years so I was slightly let down at the very beginning but I spent an hour or two listening to a bunch of different music and then listening to some in-game audio and slowly became more and more impressed with them. I had just heard planar drivers hyped up way too much before ever trying some so I went in with ridiculous expectations. After spending a little bit of time actually listening to them and comparing against a few of my other headphones, it just became clearer and clearer to me that they really are very good. The overall clarity and resolution are what I find to be most impressive. If you want tons of bass, you’re gonna have to mess with the EQ. The default EQ and the “immersive” EQ preset, which is what I use for everything, are not bass heavy but they are incredibly well balanced. I typically like a lot of bass but with these, I’m quite happy to give up a bit of the deep rumble in exchange for the crystal clear, tight and punchy bass that these offer. @@GreenerBlazer sounds like you have side tone enabled, you wouldn't be hearing yourself through other people regardless of how loud your mic is unless they're playing on speakers. As for the connectivity issue you are having. What I wanna know is, did you or do you think you will ever have the need to use both connection at the same time?
So I have a big issue with this headset. Until I tick "disable all enhancements", the audio levels are horrible. Music sounds full and loud while games and Discord audio sound quiet and tinny. I checked all my settings in terms audio (chat vs speaker in Windows) and it was all set up correctly. After disabling audio enhancements everything became louder and clearer, but then I was unable to choose an EQ preset, and it still wasn't as loud or as clear as my Syn Max Air. It's weird that music sounded so good while everything else just didn't hit.
Planar magnetic headphones can sound very different on different sources. The mids and the highs can come across very detailed which can create that tinny sound. The sound engineering for games is very different from music. I do have a few friends that don't like the sound produced planar headphones. I might be accustom to planar because I use Hifi mann HE-4xx to play shooters a lot. I would use them heavy for another week and see if you grow to like the toning.
