I don’t really see how this headband adjustment mechanism is cumbersome. You pop it off the studs, and pop it back onto the studs. This adjustment only needs to be made once, assuming you aren’t regularly sharing your headphones with people, so in my opinion, it’s far better to have a “set it and forget it” method of adjustment rather than a telescoping headband which often adjust on their own or through normal handling. Also, if you ever pack your headphones into a case for travel, this strap solution allows you to avoid having to size and resize your headphones to fit into the case and then adjust again when you want to wear them. I think it’s a simple, yet highly effective solution. One of my biggest gripes about headphones I’ve owned in the past has been their tendency to never stay sized properly, due to how easy it to adjust them by accident. Aside from being able to order a pair of headphones custom fitted for your exact dimensions, I really can’t think of a better method than this.
These EQ very well. For wireless listening, whether for music or gaming, there’s nothing better. In fact, for wired gaming at this price point, it’s still right up there in my opinion.

Yes, double pressing on it allows you to adjust the volume of your side tone as well so you can hear yourself or what's around you in case you're a parent or you need to hear what's going on around you for any reason.
I want to know how the latency of the side tone is. I would like to be able to hear myself and whats around me but I have found that most implementations of side tone have a small delay thats reallt distracting and makes it hard to talk.

Genuinely one of the best transparency modes I've ever heard. If you're considering these, buying them by clicking the link in the description really does help out the channel ; ]
Transparency mode is the ANC term for side tone. Side tone refers to feeding your own microphone noise back into your headset to hear your own voice. Which is really useful on a headphone with good passive noise cancelling. The Maxwell's side tone can be enabled whether the microphones are muted or in use and the built in mic's offer a pretty wide angle for picking up noise around you. So you could effectively use it's side tone as a transparency mode
