Position rewinder is a must have. Also, stop at all the heart karma vendors to get all the things marked "Collectible" as they can be part of or unlock collections you may not even know about. Getting obsidian shards from the heart vendors at the Orr Temples is a good way to build that up.
As someone who wants to be as big as possible, the embiggening tonic was my best karma purchase :D Another good purchase is the pact supply agents. Either recipes you do not have or just the map rewards. Definitely worth it.
