Igor Krutoy is the piano player you’ve noticed in several of Dimash’s videos. I’m sure someone has filled you in on who this man is, but he and Dimash had a collaboration for several years. Igor is a composer, singer, music producer and Ukrainian-born billionaire. He composed this song, among many others, especially for Dimash. His opera is fantastic and his metal songs are equally fantastic. His most phenomenal performance is Gethsemane from Jesus Christ superstar where he absolutely lives the role.

He often has the same back up singers and musicians, but I suppose it depends on how far they're traveling. Krutoy is too big a celebrity in his own right to follow Dimash everywhere.

He is obsessed with MJ. He will be in trouble if he admits it, but it is obvious to the whole world that he is a HUGE FAN.
Anciently and religiously an idol is something that is worshipped. When people are talking in this modern age, about singers and actors, they aren't using the word in that way, and most of the world understands that.

This song was composed by Igor Krutoy and written by Lara Fabian especially for Dimash. Nobody can sing this song except Dimash. The premier of the song is on Dimash's channel and was presented at the Kremlin Palace Moscow in 2020 on International Mother's Day. The premier is spectacular. Dimash has sung this song two other times. Here in Sochi New Wave 2021 and in a special performance in Dubai in 2023.

Igor Krutoy is a very famous Russian composer, pianist, star maker, concert producer, and a self made multi-billionaire, who had semi retired as the age had started to make talent harder to find, and he had not been able to find a singer that could sing what he wanted to produce.
His mother saw and heard Dimash online and suggested he go and see him sing, which he did at Sochi New Wave (I think) maybe in 2017-18, and you see him and his family watching Sinful Passion from the front seats when Dimash was accompanied by the original band from 25 years before, Studio 1(or 2), and he added in the gutteral yodel vibe as a funeral dirge for the original singer. So Dimash met Igor and they became close friends quickly, and work together when possible.

Love is Like a Dream is a very different interpretation from earlier artists’ performances. All of them were brilliant, though I love Dimash’s the most.

As you can tell from many of the comments, the pianist is very famous indeed. Dimash says he was honoured to be noticed by him and to be able to collaborate with him. Igor Krutoy has his own amazing venue at New Wave, Sochi, in Russia, and puts on shows to showcase the best new young talents of the year to the public. Dimash has sung there on multiple occasions. He has also sung in the Kremlin for all the big wigs.

Interestingly, Andrew Bocelli and Dimash found themselves backstage, in a room, with a piano, and they sing a couple of songs. There’s a dog running around, and clothes falling on the floor. It’s very makeshift. Dimash is very nervous in front of one of his heroes. It’s on you tube if you want to see it.

I think it was the video. I'm not even sure where this one was dug up. I've seen Dimash sing "Your Love," hundreds of times and never saw this particular video.

The most widely agreed up-to-date estimate of Igor's wealth is 50 million dollars, not 14 billion!
