To this day I’ve never heard a band do better harmonies better. Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Doobie Brothers, America, so many more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ bands. LRB/Gobles, Shorrock, and Birtles are the MacDaddy.
I've played this song 103 times this week... WTF is this song like crack or is just me missing a life that flew by in a heart beat... can't stop hitting replay on this song... over and over and over and over again... it's just that amazing...
I just love this song. It is one of my all time favorites. This is what music should be. One of the greatest harmonic bands: Little River Band. This song is simply, a timeless masterpiece!!
Reminds me of a gut-maiming situation in which I wanted to ask out a beautiful woman with whom I worked (& who was also pals with my Mom...think about the potential ramifications there), but wound up chickening out. She actually approached me, & I would strongly opine that they heard my insides clench two counties in every direction. Still, WONDERFUL Memories of when this song was popular.
I am 77 and listen to this band everynight before I go to sleep. They r simply amazing and my only regret is never having seen a concert live. Thanks for all the videos online! Enjoy everyone!
Warning… LRB touring has none of original members. They apparently lost rights to the name… such a shame, I saw original lineup 3 times in late 70’s into 80’s. Just AMAZING

In the last 60 years that have been a lot of bands but the Little River Band is one of the very BEST of them. They had some amazing vocals, lyrics and music! Top notch in my book!
It’s funny, they have numerous hits in their catalog that many people recognize the melodies, or the lyrics of, but don’t remember the band that performed them
Incredible I think exactly the same.In fact I really thought this song kinda sucked but as I got older I realized what a great group and this song was!
when I was in High School they had a "youth cafeteria" and boys in bands were encouraged to play at lunchtimes. Glenn lived opposite us and his drummer around the corner. We sat there for the whole hour listening to what would soon become LRB. They were so tight, so professional it was no surprise they became famous. Nice guys too.
Thanks for the happy memories from back in the 70's when Little River Band and bands like them were on the radio all of the time. Damn I miss the good old days.
I had to watch my 8 month old grand daughter for a while today and thought I'd let her hear some good music. I pulled this video up and as soon as they started playing she was memorized by something she never heard before in her little span of life. As the song really gets going I was holding her with one arm and she began kicking up and down a never took her eyes of the screen.. Good music is in our souls and moves us.

Perfect harmonies and totally professional musicianship and songwriting. Minor but significant point is that Glen Shorrock's stage movement is natural and graceful. A lot of lead vocalists either dance around or move around like they don't know what else to do but Glen moves easily and naturally which helps the band look good in the video. Minor things matter.

Robbin Taylor, unfortunately Colin is not an Aussie although we claim him. John Farnham isn’t a bad Aussie voice either and also sang with LRB. I won’t say one was better than the other. They are both great and have different strengths.
Robbin Taylor, He’s Scottish. Came to Oz when he was 14. Even when he talks today his accent is pretty thick. He is one of my favourite musicians. The man is a legend.
Geoff Campbell he is definitely amazing super cool fantastic. His album something about Looking For Jack album one of them it’s amazing the entire album is a solid 10/10
I'm in my teenage years and I just found out about them months ago because my neighbor's dad played "The Night Owls" while i was eating. It’s kind of like Bach and their classics, that was a couple of decades where there were masterpieces that will be timeless. I play in a cover band and we do these songs and more. The audience loves them and I love playing and singing them.
I think I just hit the 200 mark on the play! They are awesome. They always were and they always will be and no one can feel the shoes or voices for their fantastic arrangement of the melody with their great voices and beautiful harmony! BGG❤

Little River band of Aussies has been around since, forever. I play on my guitar everything they have played forever. They are a very well-put-together band, and I have loved their music since forever. I learned that from the one and Only. Arnold Schwarzenegger a former Governor of California, a long time ago in a movie. Since forever.
I didn't realize how much I love this band. Just played reminiscing on repeat. Would love to see them live now and relive all those great feelings. Hopefully, they're all doing well and living their best lives.
These guys motivated us with their verses and melody to the point that I in my case? I am a fanatic with all their songs and keep singing them no matter if I'm reminiscing or not
Those who grew up in Australia during the 70s & 80s were so fortunate to enjoy first hand the music from scores of home grown talented musicians - of which L.R.B were one.
I seen these guys in Vancouver BC and was so cool flying over the mountains from Kelowna to have a great time Growing up listening to sleeper catcher then seeing them was the best just wish my old pals and gals would look me up on fb If you folks see this message me It was good times for sure Cheers
Undoubtedly The Little River Band has the best harmony of any Band during it's heyday. I'm 62 and still listening to this beautiful work of art.

I agree, LRB is awesome. Exceptional harmony. Though the Bee Gees are close behind in stunning harmonies! 🥰
This band is awesome!,listening here in 2023.
So do the Bee Gees, and the Eagles, and Fleetwood Mac. But, yes, The Little River Band is par excellence.
Eagles too

You are not alone. I have repeated many of their songs. It's tough to beat vocals like this....and they didn't use Autotune.
Me too! Played it over and over and over again!
Amen Sista!
Just great music.

You know why you love this band? Because they were great. LRB is what we had growing up . We were lucky.
Glen Frey of the Eagles admired Little River Band for their amazing harmony vocals. I love both bands :-)
There's no jealousy between these guys. The talents that all members have. All great voices and a great balance. All of what makes a great band
There is now. No original members in the band, and none of the original members OWN the name or trademark. Just some replacements lying to the fans.

It’s material like this that makes me thank Jesus for a sense of hearing. Absolutely fantastic song.
