    My pet peeve about workouts has always been how out of shape I feel the whole time I’m doing them, but this was so calm and easy while still feeling like I got a nice little workout was so awesome. Loved it!

      Same! I always struggle with trying beginners stuff because it is always so intense and this was great and just... Met me where I am and didn't make it about position but rather about engagement. Loved it so much.

      Right!!! They put easy in the title but it's not at all. They rush through it and do higher level stretches and workouts

      I'm 5 months late but I'm really happy that I came across this video. I couldn't agree more. Some beginner video just makes you feel much more heavy and more conscious of your weight. This video is easy to follow and makes you feel better about yourself.

    I used to be incredibly athletic, but the past few years I’ve dealt with depression and chronic illness. Every time I try to exercise it either invokes symptoms or makes me feel like crap. I found this channel and I am so grateful, this is the first workout that I can do while feeling mentally and physically strong enough to do it. Thank you Callie, we love you!!

    actually cried throughout the affirmation parts. you said "say one thing you love about yourself" and i couldn’t think of anything. i really hope to change soon, ty for making this- im going to do everyday now

      @@Gabby-iy6ir exactly. i didnt like anything about myself, but the thing i hated least were my natural freckles and my eyes. so thats what id compliment abt myself. and then the moles on my body (which used to be a massive insecurity but my boyfriend has helped a lot.) and then my skin colour, and then now im slowly learning to love little things about myself.

    Callie, I've been severely overweight my entire life due to an autoimmune and very low mobility. I haven't exercised in years & felt so bad about myself. I bought a mat and jumped into this today and just wanted to thank you. It wasn't super easy but it wasn't so hard that I gave up and your words at the end with the self hug made me tear up. Thank you for making me feel like I can do this and maybe have a normal life again eventually.

    A beginner workout that is actually a beginner workout that didnt make me feel horrible about myself.
    Alot say their beginner but if your out of shape for whatever reason it can be so hard to follow along. This was amazing. Love the affirmations, the flow and style and general encouragement. Will definitely do this again. I hope you have other videos like this too.

    the positive affirmations throughout this made me feel so confident! I am not doing this to change my body, i have just felt kind of unmotivated so I decided to give this a try and the affirmations and kind words really helped alot, the vibes were so positive and amazing and i cannot wait to do this again tomorrow!

    This was incredible I've had whiplash for the past year and have recently been feeling strong enough to attempt a work out. Your affirmations carried me through and help me not judge myself for the things I could not do. actually crying while I type I didn't know how much I needed that.

    I absolutely LOVE how you give form advice in these workouts. A lot of fitnesstubers don't tell you where you should be actually FEELING a movement, or they use anatomical names that are confusing to beginners. brava!

    i've been dealing with symptoms of eating disorder leading me to starve and be never active. I lost a lot of muscle weight and I suffer from anemia : every "beginner" workout is way to difficult to me, I can't manage to do the exercise in the good way... I want my body to build back its strenght, and it's literally the first video I was able to do without problem. in addition the stretches at the end makes me feel so good afterwards !! it's way to soft to magically bring my body strenght back but doing this in the morning to prepare for a day is a breathe of fresh air ! thank you so much for this !!

    So, I had to stop this video a few times to take a breather, but after each small break, I turned it back on so I could finish. After I was so happy that I didn't give up. I put on another short video of hers for abs. Then, I did a small arm work out of my own. This is the most I've done in a while aside from just walking. Happy that I've taken a small step into getting back in shape. Going to keep doing these videos for a month and watch my body and strength transform. This is everyone's sign to not give up! Do it at your own pace. Don't feel bad if you need to pause the video and relax for a minute. You're doing amazing!

    i set my goal for this month and that is im gonna start doing pilates and like today's 1st of june and i was being lazy and then decided im just gonna find one today and do it tomorrow and i found yours and i was like okay let's do it and i did it and i felt so good even though i couldn't do the last one properly im not that flexible, im happy i still moved my body these 14 minutes passed real quick. I'm so proud of myself for doing it AND i love this woman's aura i felt so safe and comfortable while doing it with her xoxo

    I’ve been working out for years now and mostly do traditional strength training at the gym with dumb bells, but i decided to try something today and this was killer! i feel like pilates really works so many different muscles that I’m not used to using with my typical dumb bell / resistance workouts! i’m so excited to see where this takes me :)

    Love that you make people feel good about themselves , that we shouldnt be hard on ourselves. Dont worry about your words not coming out right. You do good and we know what you are saying. Also i appreciate the tips of how to move and stretch your body. You might feel silly saying the basic things, but thats exactly what beginners need!

    This workout killed me! I was suffering from depression and started to workout ever since cardio is my thing and I felt strong but when I tried this it provided pain to every tissue of my body but I is really great workout and helps in flexibility and it moves your body

    I have been struggling to find workouts that I like. I’ve learned that low impact exercise is better for me. I’ve always liked yoga but I never felt “stretchy enough” to properly do it. And it always calmed me down instead of energizing me when I needed it. If all Pilates has this energy, I think Pilates will be my energizing exercises. I’m a bigger girl and my body does not always do like the women in the videos, but this video was different. I love it!

    Thank you so much for this. Your attitude is so different than a lot of other workout video creators. I’ve never been fit but my doctor recommended Pilates and this was a wonderful introduction. Will be doing this again tomorrow!

    I know this video is a year old, but I still wanted to say thank you.
    For almost 2 whole years I couldn’t do any kinds of workouts, nothing from the stuff I usually did, I couldn’t even take a short walk. It was so bad that all I was able to do was walk through my apartment only if it was needed for the bathroom or food/water. Even in the shower I needed to sit down.
    Duo those horrific health conditions I’ve went through (and sometimes still struggle with) I’ve lost a lot of muscle mass and flexibility. Not to mention how fast I’m out of breath..
    Since I’ve finally began to get into a better condition, I’ve been trying to work on that again. I noticed not only physically but also mentally my body needs the movement again!
    So I’ve tried out a couple of things, but everything was too fast, too hard, too harsh, I could simply never catch up and it was never fun.
    But this video is so gentle and beginner friendly, it’s such a great pace, and the little affirmations in between are so sweet and so kind.
    This time I was actually finally able to enjoy it! And it wasn’t too hard for me to catch up

    This is the first pilates exersise ive tried and i loved it so much. Ive only ever done home workouts and i can find they are normally hard to follow, expect too much from beginners or are just overstimulating. Decided to try pilates today and im so lucky i found your channel! I dont think i would of thought i was capable if it wasnt for your video, You are so encouraging and this is a great workout for beginners.     During these kind of workouts I used to feel so discouraged if I couldn’t get an exercise right bc of how out of shape I was. Hearing all these beautiful messages from you about self-love, body positivity and acceptance was so so incredibly helpful and really motivated me to finish the workout.     Thank you for making pilates so positive and accessible!! Before I found your channel, I kept trying a session of pilates, nearly hurting myself rushing though it or just totally giving up minutes in! Your 10 minute sessions are challenging but doable and are the right amount of time that I can easily fit one in each day. They really give me a little mood boost :)

    Just found yourself channel literally 20 mins ago and I absolutely LOVE you. How you speak kind and encouraging words throughout the whole routine. I’m trying to get back into working out again and taking care of my body and this routine really helped me. It wasnt too difficult but wasnt too easy either and again I just loved how you kept reminding me to speak kind words to myself ❤❤❤

    I loved this workout so much. I’ve been off track with my workouts for about a month and I was worried about how I wouldn’t be flexible enough or wouldn’t be able to do the moves enough. You were literally so kind and encouraging. It brightened up my day. Instead of beating myself up for what I couldn’t do, I was proud of myself for what I could do.
