I'm 5 months late but I'm really happy that I came across this video. I couldn't agree more. Some beginner video just makes you feel much more heavy and more conscious of your weight. This video is easy to follow and makes you feel better about yourself.

Callie, I've been severely overweight my entire life due to an autoimmune and very low mobility. I haven't exercised in years & felt so bad about myself. I bought a mat and jumped into this today and just wanted to thank you. It wasn't super easy but it wasn't so hard that I gave up and your words at the end with the self hug made me tear up. Thank you for making me feel like I can do this and maybe have a normal life again eventually.

A beginner workout that is actually a beginner workout that didnt make me feel horrible about myself. Alot say their beginner but if your out of shape for whatever reason it can be so hard to follow along. This was amazing. Love the affirmations, the flow and style and general encouragement. I lost a lot of muscle weight and I suffer from anemia : every "beginner" workout is way to difficult to me, I can't manage to do the exercise in the good way... I want my body to build back its strenght, and it's literally the first video I was able to do without problem. in addition the stretches at the end makes me feel so good afterwards !! it's way to soft to magically bring my body strenght back but doing this in the morning to prepare for a day is a breathe of fresh air ! thank you so much for this !!

So, I had to stop this video a few times to take a breather, but after each small break, I turned it back on so I could finish. After I was so happy that I didn't give up. I put on another short video of hers for abs. Then, I did a small arm work out of my own. This is the most I've done in a while aside from just walking. Happy that I've taken a small step into getting back in shape. Going to keep doing these videos for a month and watch my body and strength transform. This is everyone's sign to not give up! Do it at your own pace. Don't feel bad if you need to pause the video and relax for a minute. You're doing amazing!

i set my goal for this month and that is im gonna start doing pilates and like today's 1st of june and i was being lazy and then decided im just gonna find one today and do it tomorrow and i found yours and i was like okay let's do it and i did it and i felt so good even though i couldn't do the last one properly im not that flexible, im happy i still moved my body these 14 minutes passed real quick. I’ve been working out for years now and mostly do traditional strength training at the gym with dumb bells, but i decided to try something today and this was killer! i feel like pilates really works so many different muscles that I’m not used to using with my typical dumb bell / resistance workouts! i’m so excited to see where this takes me :)

Also i appreciate the tips of how to move and stretch your body. You might feel silly saying the basic things, but thats exactly what beginners need!
This workout killed me! I was suffering from depression and started to workout ever since cardio is my thing and I felt strong but when I tried this it provided pain to every tissue of my body but I is really great workout and helps in flexibility and it moves your body
all the girlies suggest pilates so I tried for the first time and I SOOO get it I felt the burn but also feel like its gentle enough to do while on my period - slay love it! keep it up queen

I have been struggling to find workouts that I like. I’ve learned that low impact exercise is better for me. I’ve always liked yoga but I never felt “stretchy enough” to properly do it. And it always calmed me down instead of energizing me when I needed it. If all Pilates has this energy, I think Pilates will be my energizing exercises. I’m a bigger girl and my body does not always do like the women in the videos, but this video was different. I love it!
Thank you so much for this. Your attitude is so different than a lot of other workout video creators. I’ve never been fit but my doctor recommended Pilates and this was a wonderful introduction. Will be doing this again tomorrow!

I know this video is a year old, but I still wanted to say thank you. For almost 2 whole years I couldn’t do any kinds of workouts, nothing from the stuff I usually did, I couldn’t even take a short walk. It was so bad that all I was able to do was walk through my apartment only if it was needed for the bathroom or food/water. Even in the shower I needed to sit down. Duo those horrific health conditions I’ve went through (and sometimes still struggle with) I’ve lost a lot of muscle mass and flexibility. Not to mention how fast I’m out of breath.. Since I’ve finally began to get into a better condition, I’ve been trying to work on that again. I noticed not only physically but also mentally my body needs the movement again! So I’ve tried out a couple of things, but everything was too fast, too hard, too harsh, I could simply never catch up and it was never fun. But this video is so gentle and beginner friendly, it’s such a great pace, and the little affirmations in between are so sweet and so kind. This time I was actually finally able to enjoy it! And it wasn’t too hard for me to catch up

This is the first pilates exersise ive tried and i loved it so much. Ive only ever done home workouts and i can find they are normally hard to follow, expect too much from beginners or are just overstimulating. Decided to try pilates today and im so lucky i found your channel! I dont think i would of thought i was capable if it wasnt for your video, You are so encouraging and this is a great workout for beginners. Love that you make people feel good about themselves , that we shouldnt be hard on ourselves. Dont worry about your words not coming out right. You do good and we know what you are saying. Also i appreciate the tips of how to move and stretch your body. You might feel silly saying the basic things, but thats exactly what beginners need!
This workout killed me! I was suffering from depression and started to workout ever since cardio is my thing and I felt strong but when I tried this it provided pain to every tissue of my body but I is really great workout and helps in flexibility and it moves your body
all the girlies suggest pilates so I tried for the first time and I SOOO get it I felt the burn but also feel like its gentle enough to do while on my period - slay love it! keep it up queen

I have been struggling to find workouts that I like. I’ve learned that low impact exercise is better for me. I’ve always liked yoga but I never felt “stretchy enough” to properly do it. And it always calmed me down instead of energizing me when I needed it. If all Pilates has this energy, I think Pilates will be my energizing exercises. I’m a bigger girl and my body does not always do like the women in the videos, but this video was different. I love it!

Thank you so much for this. Your attitude is so different than a lot of other workout video creators. I’ve never been fit but my doctor recommended Pilates and this was a wonderful introduction. Will be doing this again tomorrow!

I know this video is a year old, but I still wanted to say thank you.
For almost 2 whole years I couldn’t do any kinds of workouts, nothing from the stuff I usually did, I couldn’t even take a short walk. It was so bad that all I was able to do was walk through my apartment only if it was needed for the bathroom or food/water. Even in the shower I needed to sit down.
Duo those horrific health conditions I’ve went through (and sometimes still struggle with) I’ve lost a lot of muscle mass and flexibility. Not to mention how fast I’m out of breath..
Since I’ve finally began to get into a better condition, I’ve been trying to work on that again. I noticed not only physically but also mentally my body needs the movement again!
So I’ve tried out a couple of things, but everything was too fast, too hard, too harsh, I could simply never catch up and it was never fun.
But this video is so gentle and beginner friendly, it’s such a great pace, and the little affirmations in between are so sweet and so kind.
This time I was actually finally able to enjoy it! And it wasn’t too hard for me to catch up
my new go to channel, i've been on the search for years and not a single channel has been the right fit for me and i always felt it wasn't professional to workout at home, until now. my life has changed for the better, this was so fun to do and i can't wait to do more! 🌸

This is the first pilates exersise ive tried and i loved it so much. Ive only ever done home workouts and i can find they are normally hard to follow, expect too much from beginners or are just overstimulating. Decided to try pilates today and im so lucky i found your channel! I dont think i would of thought i was capable if it wasnt for your video, You are so encouraging and this is a great workout for beginners. Just found yourself channel literally 20 mins ago and I absolutely LOVE you. How you speak kind and encouraging words throughout the whole routine.
