Good call on the magnesium. The best time to take your magnesium is at bedtime. It is an essential mineral. This is why you would eat chocolate at your monthly, it is very high in magnesium. We don’t have enough in our food. Also tell you buddy next door to soak his feet in some epson salts, cut down on sugars and processed foods, eat pineapple, eat cherries or drink cherry juice and if you want to bump up your Cherri juice add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to it. Alcohol also causes gout flareups.. I hope this helps. I live my life in a natural way. 😊
I was type 2 but reversed it. Didnt touch a carb for months and sweat like a rocky montage. I've had 4 blood tests since and all good. Diet can change everything

I was borderline for a long time ,then last year I had to have a stint put in my heart then within a month I had to go back to the jospital.When I got out and saw my Doctor she told me I had type two dietbics.I wae like you what do I eat ,all those questions.I was already on a no salt,no red meat diet because oft heart so this takes away all the other foods I love.I love to cook and pretty good at it so I'm told but now all I can have is fish or chicken.It gets old real quick.I am back now to being bordet line.I just wanted to tell you I feel your pain.❤❤❤ Take care.

Skelly the exact same thing happened to me. I was gutted but I was able to recover my fb account, my daughter fixed mine and I’m now very very wary clicking on anything. Never open a link that you’re not 100% sure about. It’s bloody horrible but you can recover your account even if you go the phone shop they will help you xx

Cathy, you might ask all your Family and Friends whatever they have in pictures on their Facebook to copy, and maybe they backed them up or they are on the Cloud. If they are on the Cloud, you or your Family or Friends should be able to retrieve them. I don't go on Social media at all. I have never trusted it. Hope you can get back on Facebook and you get all the photos back. ❤

Hi Cathy I also deleted my photo's by mistake on my phone so I know how it feels, but my Sister told me to go to my photo gallery and click on the 3 little dots on the right hand side ( That's where mine is on the screen ). Go down to recycle bin and you will find your deleted photo's in there that's where I found mine but some phones delete them after 30 days hope this helps. Luv your video's Cathy . xxx
Your photo's are safe, don't worry about it! Just do what Facebook asks and you'll be back in your account within a day. If you don't want to nod or shake your head, just look fully left and right up and down to help show that it's not a filter or a mask. I helped my mother in law a couple of weeks ago getting back into her account. They accepted a photo of her passport as ID, so that's another option you have to prove your identity. 👍

Me again. I screwed up. Anyway, we both said we wished that it was that green here. It's been over 100 degrees here the past 2 weeks. Everything is getting so dry. Our lawn is hard to keep green and healthy. But I need to say I watched the video today and cried. You also helped me to know something about my sim card. I tried to download my pictures to my computer and it didn't work. So I told my husband we are not going to change the card until I know that my pictures and videos are downloaded. Awh bless you, sweetheart. This happened to my daughter years ago, and she lost all her baby pics. I am so very sorry, there are a lot of scammers out there. Easily done though especially when you're distracted. My heart goes out to you. You're such a sincere and genuine person. There are nasty people out there. Bloody corruption is on the increase. Cathy, you might ask all your Family and Friends whatever they have in pictures on their Facebook to copy, and maybe they backed them up or they are on the Cloud. If they are on the Cloud, you or your Family or Friends should be able to retrieve them.
I don't go on Social media at all. I have never trusted it.

Hi Cathy I also deleted my photo's by mistake on my phone so I know how it feels, but my Sister told me to go to my photo gallery and click on the 3 little dots on the right hand side ( That's where mine is on the screen ). Go down to recycle bin and you will find your deleted photo's in there that's where I found mine but some phones delete them after 30 days hope this helps. Luv your video's Cathy . xxx

Your photo's are safe, don't worry about it! Just do what Facebook asks and you'll be back in your account within a day. If you don't want to nod or shake your head, just look fully left and right up and down to help show that it's not a filter or a mask. I helped my mother in law a couple of weeks ago getting back into her account. They accepted a photo of her passport as ID, so that's another option you have to prove your identity. 👍

I think they’re giving out dangerous and unhealthy advice. Low carb is the way to put Type 2 diabetes in remission.

But I need to say I watched the video today and cried. You also helped me to know something about my sim card. I tried to download my pictures to my computer and it didn't work. So I told my husband we are not going to change the card until I know that my pictures and videos are downloaded. It would kill me to know that I had lost those memories.
