Your personal style has changed so much; so much softer more genteel and natural.
always growing & evolving
I love the look in this one 👌
Thank you for being you Gaz, and much thanks to your mom & team. Keep doing what you do - inspiring humanity with your grounded passion. Keep listening to the nature surrounding you, the flora and fauna; and continue to follow the light that’s in your heart. It’s a beacon of hope and beauty. Where others are noisy and imbalanced, you bring peace and harmony. You are a gift from the stars ✨ and a gift from Mother Earth 🌍. Where you lead, many listens. You have the world learning from you, being inspired by you, and appreciating life with Mother Earth. Thank you. ❤
Beautiful comment, thank you Catherine
So well said!
Amazing comment. Glad people still communicate with heart. Feel the same as you. I don't waste much time with videos nowadays. But somehow everytime I watch Gaz videos I never close it. You can feel the true joy in him.
At least that's how I feel about it. Much love to you all and keep doing the best you can.
Beautifully, perfectly said three cheers 🎉.
I'm away on holiday for a few days with my son at the beach. We are both on our phs doing stuff&I put your video on quietly&he said, mum is that the guy that cooks as well lol told him your name&said, yeah him,I recognized his voice so I said goody, can I turn it up lol so we both watched your video 🙂🙂 I was admiring your wooden fence you have made at different hights 👌

same same 👌🏼
Me as well, I wish
These garden videos are the most joyous corner of the internet!! Big love!!🌻
True "luxury" living...nature and peace of mind!
It is not weird, we need to start normalizing being guided either by our inner soul or even our guides.
Gaz, you aren't just a chef, or gardener. You & your team are a whole culture & vibe! ✊🏽
Seriously though your channel has inspired me beyond words. Its through watching you (and I've followed you since your London days) that I've purchased an acre of land a begun my journey of growing all of my family's food. Much love from nearby Detroit, Michigan.
Wow thanks so much 🙏 good luck with your plot!! 👏
I wish you well to follow in Gaz's footsteps. The way of the future.
Gaz, as you try to root the cutting, take out the flowers so the energy goes to growing the plant rather than fruiting. You may bury as much of the stem as possible in the soil as it will grow roots all along the stem. Beautiful homestead. Thank you for sharing.
It's called grounding Chef Farmer Gaz. You said "my bum is on the ground right now." Wherever we live we must connect with the earth. I live in the big city and have to go to the park & walk barefoot to reconnect during summer. Didn't understand why I needed to until recently. You are good people Chef Farmer Gaz What you're doing is what others wish for. Keep on being you. We appreciate and love you. Stay Blessed.
Please don’t give up on UA-cam - your videos bring me so much joy and inspiration. ❤
I can FEEL the serenity through your videos whenever you're filming in the beautiful outdoors. What a tranquil home you've made for yourself.
Thank you so much!
I really enjoy your garden episodes. They make me want to grow more and more and more thank you
I watch all the gardening UA-camrs, but not too many of them link gardening, foraging and cooking in the simple way you do. Also love your enthusiasm 😊 definitely keep going!
I have so appreciated the simple, natural feel of your channel since moving out of the city. We were created to draw pleasure from growing our food and creating with our hands. Thank you for the inspiration.
It was already in my mind, but since I started watching your videos, I have been growing food on my rooftop terrace. I have already harvested spinach, physalis, and aromatic herbs. We will soon have peppers (from an island called La Palma), tomatoes, hokaido pumpkins, carrots, and maybe next year, some passion fruit. Thanks for being such an inspiration. My boyfriend and I are definitely dreaming of living in a larger house with a garden.
Wow well done 👏
From someone with a house and a big veggie garden: the way your doing it is the best! Starting out smaller how to grow is not so overwhelming and you're not in danger of burning out your motivation! It's what I would recommend to everyone, don't wait for the garden, grow wherever you can (microgreens don't even need light). And learn how to cook and preserve your food before you also have spend so much time harvesting. Well done 🙌
Here in the states, people have actually used gourds as birdhouses. Nice homestead. Very inspirational.
Grounding, growing your own food then cooking it knowing it’s organic is amazing and wish more people did it x
What a beautiful and peaceful place you have created for yourself and the animals ❤
I keep waiting for Gaz to come out with a plant based garden to table cookbook
Gardening is the most amazing hobby/ occupation of them all! 😂 love the vids
It really is!
Gaz I absolutely urge you to read Eating to extinction by Dan saladino!! It’s about foods that are going extinct and why we need to preserve them! It just further justifies the fact as to why growing our own food is so important for our future.
Love the lupine and foxglove, I love chickens ❤
I was appreciating the lupine and foxglove as well 🥰
This is so beautiful, Gaz.
Thank you for your openness and vulnerability. You are such a gift to us all.

Thank you so much for not just spreading inspiration, but also creating a community where it's normal to love exercising, cooking and growing your own food. I've followed your for over five years and it's such a joy to take part of all of your life-adventures. Keep up the good work!

My Great grand parents were from Wales. I love to see the videos from the area.
Lovely Gardens.
Gaz I find myself smiling the entire time while watching your videos, thank you for sharing.
It's so peaceful and dreamy 😍😍
Yes, because its his job. This would be a nightmare if you also need to actually earn money. Nice to look at, but on youtube.
@@buxus3770A plot of land reflects the one who stewards it. We just sold a property that we put so much hard work into. Everyone who viewed the property commented on how peaceful, beautiful and loved the place is. We did not get paid to steward it, nor did we put it on UA-cam.
The garden videos are my favorites!
As a gardener myself, I'd love to see more garden videos! They're so relaxing :)
That's why I started and keep on gardening - it calms me down and helps me so much with my mental (and physical) health ❤
Please never stop doing these garden videos, they are my favourites ❤ they're a real moment of piece and hope for the furture. It feels really good to see people living this life. It's my 3rd year of gardening, I love it, and your videos still are really inspiring.
Big hug from Belgium 🥰
When you're overrun with yellow courgettes/crookneck squash, dehydrate them and grind them to make courgette flour. Also you can ferment them just like you do with your tomatoes.
Hi Gaz! 🌱 Your videos have been a breath of fresh air for me. Learning about growing our own food and connecting with nature is so important, especially during these challenging times. Your down-to-earth personality shines through. It’s like a cozy Welsh escape every time I watch! Keep inspiring us, and thank you for sharing your passion. All the way from South Africa!
The energy and happiness you get from nature shines through these videos 😄 forever enjoying the content you are putting out 🌞🌼✨🌻
❤️❤️❤️
Another good use for gourds is as bird houses! If they're big enough you can hollow them out, add some holes, dry them, and put 'em up
Competition is on! I already have a bunch of sunflowers planted against my fence!
The pathway to the greenhouse is looking so cute!
Best life! Hey, and best kitchen!
Honestly, imo the decisions that just kinda happen without thinking about it are the ones that are most aligned with a fulfilling life 😊
This video is so incredibly beautiful. Watching you over the last 5 years now, I have to say, Gaz, I have never seen you so full of life and vitality before. Eating plants is one thing (an incredible thing of course), but being in nature, and especially growing your own food is beyond words of joy and peace. I can truly feel your beautiful soul through this video. Thank you for being brave and always sharing 🌿✌🏼🌳 lots of love from Vancouver BC Canada
He looks so well doesn’t he. Bless him ❤❤
Been growing some blue and white oyster mushrooms from a kit. My husband thinks I'm weird because I love them so much
Blows my mind that UA-cam can be hard on guys like you - you're the reason I subscribe to UA-cam! Love you guys - good luck team! Big hug from South Africa 🇿🇦
It's a lovely escape for me actually watching your garden grow, it's so peaceful
“Have a gourd day” everyone! ❤
Love the gourd puns! 🤣 and thank you for sharing about the “chicken of the woods”! Never knew its name and wish to find and see it in person one day!! That’s amazing!! Please keep sharing 😍
OMG!!!!!!!! We have a chicken of the woods that grows once a year in my parents’ backyard and we harvested it this week! I am eating it in a taco RIGHT NOW. HOLY MOLY THE UNIVERSE!!!
I love seeing you forage! Hope you host some foraging tours in the future! Youd be a great guide.
Gaz, can you make a tutorial on how to get started on growing your own things, especially for those of us with regular backyards? 😂😅 which essential plants etc?
Love this content. I started my first garden this spring. A small raised bed and had my first harvest today 🎉 my summer squash was so buttery and tender much butter than the store! Keep up the gardening videos. When God made man He put us in a garden for a reason 😊
I've been following you for 4 years now and you also inspired me to garden! Loving your content it feels really authentic! And I am definitely competing in the 'biggest sunflower' challenge 😊
Watching your content brings me so much joy. The life you have created for yourself and the passion you’re sharing it with is truly inspiring. You look so content and at peace.
I currently don‘t have a garden of my own, but I am lucky enough to live in what is to me one of the most beautiful places on Earth and I think there’s nothing more calming for the nervous system than spending time in nature.
Nothing better than spending the whole day outside and then coming home to cook dinner and watch your gardening vlogs to top it off. The quality of your content is amazing! Congrats and much love to you and your team - please don‘t stop creating 💛
The garden is looking gourdgeous 🌱
I watch your garden videos at the end of my day. Your energy is so calm and kind and positive. Your videos are so peaceful. A great way to wind down from the day :) I love your inspiring garden and food projects. Keep them coming! Thank you for being you 🙏
I admire you so much! ♥️ Your a very lucky man. Being one with nature. A City was never a place for such an Amazing person like you. So glad you’re living your best possible life. Wish every human was just like you. Thank you for your knowledge and always continuing teaching us! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hello from South Australia (Welsh ex-pat here). Thank you for working so hard at your you tube videos, your garden and kitchen bring me much joy… keep going boyo!
You can freeze chicken of the woods! Harvest as much as you find, put it into the freezer sliced up and you can enjoy it all winter.
Hey Gaz! Love your videos as always, just a farmer giving quick advice here, you don’t necessarily have to always prune the suckers off of tomatoes. There are determinate and indeterminate varieties. For determinate for example, they have a set amount of flowers that will turn into the fruit so you would want to leave as much suckers because those are the stems that create those flower clusters on determinate varieties as possible. I do agree though about pruning your indeterminates just to provide a bit more airflow and to create a cleaner, less bushy plant.
This is so wholesome, makes me really happy. Please never stop with these videos! 🙏Very inspirational and makes me wanna move to the countryside every single time...😍
I hope they are gourd-geous for you! I could see you being mates with my daughter. She is Welsh, Vegan and currently studying Biology at Oxford Uni working to be a fungi specialist! We have recently started growing asparagus and peaches here in Wales
Gaz, one of the reasons that I continue to watch you is because you advocate growing your own food. I find the consumerism of the Tesco/Whole Foods haul videos hollow. Being Vegan is part of the solution, however eating local and growing your own is the other half of health.
Lovely! Just lovely! Vegan veg growing Mum and Grandmum to three beautiful vegan Grandbabies here! Keep doing what you are doing you. It’s wonderful 😊
Honestly Gaz, one of my favourite videos of yours. Just super relaxing watching you go about your day in your beauty of a garden. Would love for this to be a series!
I love your garden videos and philosophy overall. When my friends ask what I'm looking for in a partner, I just point to your channel. 🥰
Yes! Please keep sharing your garreen ❤
Gaz your garden / outdoor vids are the best. very informative but more, very calming... thank you
Thats all is so blessed...Thank you Gaz!
These garden videos are amazing Gaz! Please continue with them 😁
Thank you, I will
Love following your growing journey!
Thanks Gaz
wow beautiful farm, and the scenery is amazing.
The best string to use for tomatoes is Polypropylene String for Supporting Plants you can use it year after year and it doesn't rot or break 🎉
The elusive chicken of the woods is still something I’m yet to find. I’m soooooo jealous Gaz 😍💚
Enjoy
These are so chill and peaceful. Thank you so much 😊💫
Best life! Hey, and the best kitchen!
if those green beans grow, you should make gigantes, it’s a traditional greek dish of the big plump beans in a lovely tomato sauce, it’s warm and comforting and delish!🥰
In our neighborhood there are a lot of squirrels which ended up devouring all 9 sunflower heads in a matter of seconds.
This year, I have planted sunflowers and nasturtiums together. Apparently the peppery smell and taste of the leaves deters squirrels. I am hoping to be able to harvest some sunflower seeds this year
Very much enjoy all the garden & foraging adventures, Thank you so much for putting them together / sharing them!
Love,love, love
Yes,we enjoyed that vidéo! Thanks
