    Our brain react on when u continually think about nightfall
    When u think too much about nightfall u definitely face nightfall in night...
    And don't drink tea or drink in less amount...

    I didn't know Guru Mann a month ago, as I was not a active UA-camr for fitness. But, once I was searching for a song, I saw Guru Mann's video that was- Is Masturbation is good for your fitness goals. I watched that video and found that useful enough. That day, i browsed AF and watched 10-15 videos of Guru Mann. And now, I am a daily viewer. I'm just shocked how a single person has this much knowledge and also he is spreading it for free. Even schools take fee to give education. Hats off to you sir. I wasn't fitness freak a couple of months ago. But after watching you, my whole mindset is changed. Thank you sir. Love you.       Kyunki bhai jab hum legs workout krte hai tab boht jyada testostrone level increase hota hai uske wajeh se hi humari andar ki excessive heat baher nikalti hai.
      Agar aapko jyada hi ho raha hai toh aap guru bhaya ke remedies ko try krke dekh sakhte hai.
