I really don't understand how some people just dont have enough pride to do a job the right way. The owner is lucky he fiund someone who does care, and does a great job. Can't wait to see this car getting the job done the right way.
Reminds me of the 'filler based restorations' back in the 1990's when the last classic car 'gold rush' occured. At least this Fiesta is in good hands now.
Big market for sheds like this car. A lot of middle age Ford fans with cash would part with £10k + for a presentable looking car like that. I love MK1 XR2s and this really appealed to me when I first saw it. They always looked good in white. The owner is going to have a serious bill. The previous owner needs a knock on the door from the fraud squad.
