My e36m3 oil looks very similar, I run Valvoline VR1. I have 160k miles. Just had the head gasket replaced as well as a rebuilt head installed. Love your content, can’t wait for more. ✌️

I knew about it but had never had my oil tested. I will likely do this annually now to make sure all is well.

Hello, that's exactly what my oil from my Winterbeater 330ci M54 with 340,000 km looked like after I changed it after 1000 km. Maintenance status before was uncertain. At first I thought the bearings had dissolved, but it runs and runs and runs... No noise. Greetings also to Cold Germany
