    Parabéns por sua dedicação!!! Eu fiz jazz dance quando era adolescente mas parei tudo por causa de trabalho e depois filhos. Estou voltando a me exercitar mas só agora, com suas técnicas, que realmente me inspirei. Sempre amei as técnicas de balet.

      Maria Kraves There’s a beginning explanation for about 40 seconds. The workout is 6 minutes and then stretch for the last 40 seconds. I just completed the workout and I can feel it! Hope this helps you out!
