Maria Kraves There’s a beginning explanation for about 40 seconds. The workout is 6 minutes and then stretch for the last 40 seconds. I just completed the workout and I can feel it! Hope this helps you out!
Is the twisting move okay for pregnancy?
No I would not recommend that move for pregnancy!
