Lots are selling for $30-35k USD and wood houses are being built around $175 USD per square foot, not including cistern, solar, architectural designs, and permits. The cost to build in secret beach definitely adds up and has gotten more expensive since the pandemic. This was an old listing! They’re getting more expensive believe it or not!
