It's mostly Superficial addons rather than anything like polish, apart from the gimmickry weapons, the Gunplay is generally the same as Borderlands 2, Sound, physics, and animations are all that's the main difference.

Flakker Moze has a skill that gives up to a 6% chance of giving a grenade whenever moze deals splash damage, But the storm front grenade technically counts, so it is basically unlimited grenades. Then the flakker just mixed with all of her splash damage skills shreds

Gives iron bear machine guns or flamethrowers. 2) Demolition Woman: Super splash damage that grows in size, can crit and can provide other buffs based on ur skills. For guns, you start with nade launchers and then unlock rocket launchers (eventually nukes) Also the only tree to upgrade ironbear's uptime. Ironbear has a long cooldown (2 minutes) and short uptime so this tree helps those who wanna use it as much as possible. 3) Shield of Retribution: Moze's best tree ONCE you reach a high level. Its about managing shields and HP as you get a busted skill that buffs weapon damage the lower ur hp and then another skill that converts mozes hp to shield (so always more damage). So tanky and powerful. Then you get railguns and bear fists gun wise, Moze isnt great with elemental weapons except for fire (bottomless mags buffs fire) so its just about getting guns with high stats that you like. Bottomless mags also wants you to get a high mag weapon that you can spray forever and Demolition Woman is pro rocketlauncher and torgue guns

FLAK - Solo Dream, Team Healer You pick a pet that has an attack command and passive buff (and each tree has 2 buffed versions available as u move down them). you alzo get your action skill which can be augmented down the tree 1) FL4K's Master tree is all about buffing his pets. You get the skag and gamma burst ability which essentially supercharges your pet for a short period of time. Pets without this tree are relatively weak but this tree doesnt offer much to FL4K himself. Its prob better in solo as a secondary late game spec, since gamma burst has a long recharge (although can revive doggo) and fl4k himself will be reliant on his guns. 2) Hunter tree (may be mixing 2 and 3s names) is my personal favourite. You focus on getting critical hits and comboing off those. For some dumb reason, your action skill and pet dont compliment this as the spiderant provides passive regen and the ability, Rakk Attack (still a great ability) sends out two hunter rakks to kamikazee. this tree is the most "FL4K" of the three giving him the most dps, but i do think gearbox had a few screws lose assigning the pet and skill (make more sense in tree 3) 3) Stalker tree is the sustain / healer kit. You get the jabber pet who is a monkey with a gun. One of the later monkeys provides increased crit damage so y the fuck they didnt give that to the crit tree and the regen pet to the regen tree... action skill wise you get a cloak which makes u invisble, regens ur hp and allows you to fire 3 shots during the invisiblity period that deal bonus crit damage. once again. why was this not on the crit tree. this is the most supportive tree as a mid tree ability lets u share ur regen to teammates and pets so that you are a walking health depot. Personally, when i play fl4k on my solo playthrough when bl3 comes to steam j. april, will be a mix of stalker and hunter to max mt crit damage. If you spec tree 3 so that you can get gunslinger jabber+the cloak perk that lets you fire s much as you want during the duration at reduced crit, then deep dive into the crit tree itself. One tree has the necessary solo ability which lets ur pet revive you. honestly for a playthrough where the game will be relatively easy, spec that tree. If you feel lonely, after getting the pet revive, go master tree to make the pet feel like more of a teammate then distraction. To answer your question, Moze (although my personal fav), will be rather underwhelming to level in the story mode. she takes awhile to get going, her ability cooldown takes ages and should be saved for pinches or nuking bosses. She is also the only vault hunter that cant self revive/skill revive. Much better for high level multiplayer where you have good guns, mods and specs. In my current duo playthrough im playing amara and my friend is playing rakk fl4k and enjoying it a lot. In the end its ur choice. U just may find fl4k less lonely and tedious to level up. Just get a shotgun and sniper and crit away
I found an early class mod for the red tree that inscreased 2 skills for the health to shields and lower hp, more gun damage skills. Moved 80% HP to shield and up to 67% gun damage as HP goes down so basically more of that hp buff all the time its great
shield of retribution looks like such a good solo build i really don’t understand how they think otherwise, you can basically convert all your health into shield and then there’s a skill where the less health you have the more damage you do, and kill skills that can give you up to 60% gun damage from 3 enemies, i’ve been saying this forever all of mozes skill trees are ridiculously good to the point i still have no idea what to pick up
Bottomless Mags also has a tier 1 skill that, when maxed, makes every 4th bullet that you fire deal bonus damage and not cost ammo. Essentially using a large magazine, high rate of fire weapon, you'll have ~30% more ammo to play with and a big damage boost. One of her best skills IMO, although the bonus damage is incendiary, so keep it in mind if you're going up against damage resistances.
Mann. I love MOZE, but is anyone else annoyed or ran into the problem of not being able to even use the Iron Bear in certain building/rooms simply because your ability "doesn't have enough room"
Same as the railgun, actually. I don't know which is better, but I was focusing on the orange tree anyway. Gets pretty tanky when you got like 10x more shield hitpoints than HP.
Hunter_02 I love all the railguns but Ive been using the corrosive ones becase I can shoot and stay in the mech much more than the other railguns and the damage isn’t bad.
@@chocoyun To me it's situational. All Railgun mods do a specific type of elemental damage. Corrosive, Fire and Shock. Depending on what defenses the enemies in question have, I use the corresponding mod. Usually it's the Shock mod though due to "better" enemies usually having shields, and there is an AoE component to it as well.

Wait what, that's their "Moze expert"? Shield of Retribution is one of the strongest trees in the game as far as damage buffs go and "there wasn't enough for you in that tree besides Security Bear?" What. Fun fact: Moze has 3 kill skills, 2 of which are damage bonuses and both are in Shield of Retribution, the other is in Demolition Woman and it recharges your Action Skill faster. Drowning in Brass and Phalanx Doctrine are amazing. Drowning in Brass gives up to 60% Gun Damage for 15 seconds at the cost of 7,5% loss in fire rate and Phalanx Doctrine increases Moze's shield by 15% and her Gun damage by 10% per stack, each stack lasts 30 seconds and there is no stack limit. And this is without all the other damage bonuses in this tree (like the capstone or if you decide to min/max and sacrifice health for up to 50% damage, Desperate Measures). I'm not trying to knock on the guy but he either doesn't have much Borderlands experience or RPG experience or Moze experience. "Pulling enemies with Iron Bear so your friends can shoot them". Um. Okay. Yeah me and my friend will sacrifice damage so they can shoot that one psycho I yanked.
Shield of Retribution tree not good for solo play? Wut? What about crazy % of gun damage you get from passive talents and kill skills. If you got hordes of enemies and have weapons like DP Unkempt Harold, you are severely OP. Many of the skills in that tree are very useful for solo play. I seriously don't know how these 2 guys say it's otherwise.
For real. I'm using Moze, and me focus on that tree. Lots of damage for shield of retribution. You're basically a berserker. Tanky, and can deal massive damage.
@@tumei1851 DW if u need high damage build and decent kill skill cooldown on Iron Bear plus some splash damage. U can even make a high damage fire damage build if u properly allocate on increase its damage. Once bl3 has increased level cap moze will be really deadly.
There seems to be a glitch to allow Auto bear to stay out for 2 minutes, you do it by deploying Iron Bear in Sanctuary and jumping out letting auto bear take over , in missions he will then stay out for the whole cooldown
They said the skill trees focus on iron bear. When in reality they all focus on moze and the mech isn’t really a focus. Prob why all the end game builds for her barely use the mech unless it’s a panic button to survive damage and heal up
I'm playing as moze on level 10 my skill armored infantry stops working I no longer have the ability to have a shield when I slide or when I crouch but I did not turn it off or change my skills at all what happened to it?

Issue definitely ain't rare.. sometimes I get a chain of like 2-3 while in a boss fight .. I also had times when I fall through the map if I activate the action skill
I chose Moze because I thought it'd be badass to have a giant fucking robot with you and it is. Shes perfect for my play style, which is just run and gun. I played a lot of Titanfall too so it's cool to have a mech suit
My build: Start with Bottomless Mags for Ammo, then focus on Demolition Woman for Splash Damage. Both Action Skills are V35 Grenade Launcher. Action Skill right is Vanquisher Rocket Pad with no Augment skill for maximum splash damage and focused rocket hits. Action Skill left is Vanquisher Rocket Pad with Active Tracking for flying or far away enemies. Guns are Unlimited Mag guns for the ammo regen. Keep 2 guns as your fun guns that can be anything. Keep other 2 with unlimited mags so you can regen ammo in the middle of a gun fight. Try this! Have fun!
"Roaring Bear Trooper" could be a modded name but is a legendary class mod that has the red text "Rocket till the wheels fall off" and makes the bear last longer... if you haven't seen it yet there is one that makes the bear last its entirety after you get out as long as you have that talent but the cool down timer starts as soon as you get out so you can in theory always have it up but just not always be in it. If you choose that one nukes are super fun but get annoying... I would choose 2 rail guns one incendiary and one shock (normal) as the bear is super good at aiming without you in it and will just constantly crit with those. Also i haven't tested it but unless they patched it , it uses no fuel and takes no damage while it is in this state. It is broken. Edit - all that being said the bear doesn't scale well and falls off late/end game, if you are into Mayhem 3-4 etc
Do I just want to say I'm going with the Demolition in the splash damage and grenades this guy was talking about using a rocket launcher there is a lot of weapons pistols assault rifles shotguns that do Splash damage so you can take advantage of that too like right now I have a children of the Vault pistol that every time I shoot it shoots out electrical grenades or balls of lightning and they do Splash damage there is so much Carnage using this weapon yes you can use a rocket launcher but I'm telling you can there's a lot of guns besides rocket launchers that have Splash damage
Shield of Retribution is broken as hell. I 1v3 my friends all at the same time (one of them was about 20 lvls above me) and they still couldn't break my shield. I didn't even needed to spawn Iron Bear.
You know it’s great when a company makes a video to sell a game and its clear they have no clue what they are talking about. It’s like they just skimmed each speck without actually looking at each talent
Basically guys who probably haven’t finished the game with the characters and play on the easiest mode not reaching the true depths of the different characters and finding the important synergies.
Almost all of the information in this video is bad. For instance, Torgue Cross-Promotion doesn't double damage, it doubles radius, each tree has 2 associated Iron Bear weapons, and Shield of Retribution is great for solo after you get Desperate Measures. My favorite solo build is Demolition Woman for the nearly infinite grenades available with Means of Destruction.
Demolition woman is by far the better option for solo players. Increases mechs duration so much and health as well as rocket pods deal massive damage constantly melts bosses in solo and co op
As a borderlands vet I just can't make a build video unless I MAX OUT THE CHARACTERS first the game is just released and we do not know all full synergy with class mods and weapons as well as weapon aug. As well

How the fuck can you read a skill tree, that gives damage mitigation with lots of gun damage at the same time and come to a conclusion that this is a support tree?
Because Moze is a Tanky Character, she takes alot of damage and deals it back in return, and Tanks are normally considered Support to agro enemies off other characters.
You can get a fullauto pistol with fire damage, no reload, no overheat and literally does not use a single bullet to shoot. So you can keep shooting nonstop. Like forever.

Moze expert? This is a terrible overview of moze. Shield of retribution tree is the best tree for solo players. She has one support ability, saying that others characters don’t really have support abilities is ridiculous. They do and they are much better at helping others survive than moze. Come on mate, this is your job....

been playing moze fire dmg all the way i got a lv 16 fire Hyperion gun 40% chance it carried me to lv 30 i'm still using it not even an epic or rare gun

Yes thats a main problem, the iron bear can even get stuck at places with low clearance.
Yeah, like right now im staring at my mechaslut, and it has 3 ft of clearance, and still I shall not pass.
Iron Bear should be able to Tbag enemies lol Crouch I mean!

Using Iron Bear in a 4 player co-op game is amazing. You can definitely put out some insane damage upclose but idk how it'll work out endgame.

same issue. it's completely random for me and it's rare but it's happened. ur not the only one, im on PC
Issue definitely ain't rare.. sometimes I get a chain of like 2-3 while in a boss fight .. I also had times when I fall through the map if I activate the action skill

I chose Moze because I thought it'd be badass to have a giant fucking robot with you and it is. Shes perfect for my play style, which is just run and gun. I played a lot of Titanfall too so it's cool to have a mech suit
My build:
Start with Bottomless Mags for Ammo, then focus on Demolition Woman for Splash Damage.
Both Action Skills are V35 Grenade Launcher.
Action Skill right is Vanquisher Rocket Pad with no Augment skill for maximum splash damage and focused rocket hits.
Action Skill left is Vanquisher Rocket Pad with Active Tracking for flying or far away enemies.
Guns are Unlimited Mag guns for the ammo regen.
Keep 2 guns as your fun guns that can be anything.
Keep other 2 with unlimited mags so you can regen ammo in the middle of a gun fight.

How do you actually get into the mech on the PC, lol. I can't figure it out.
Take a shot every time the guy says “like.” Geez, reminds me of a high school girl.
So how long could we stay inside the mech? I'd love to play her if I could just stay in there.
"Roaring Bear Trooper" could be a modded name but is a legendary class mod that has the red text "Rocket till the wheels fall off" and makes the bear last longer... if you haven't seen it yet there is one that makes the bear last its entirety after you get out as long as you have that talent but the cool down timer starts as soon as you get out so you can in theory always have it up but just not always be in it. If you choose that one nukes are super fun but get annoying... I would choose 2 rail guns one incendiary and one shock (normal) as the bear is super good at aiming without you in it and will just constantly crit with those. Also i haven't tested it but unless they patched it , it uses no fuel and takes no damage while it is in this state. It is broken.
Edit - all that being said the bear doesn't scale well and falls off late/end game, if you are into Mayhem 3-4 etc
Do I just want to say I'm going with the Demolition in the splash damage and grenades this guy was talking about using a rocket launcher there is a lot of weapons pistols assault rifles shotguns that do Splash damage so you can take advantage of that too like right now I have a children of the Vault pistol that every time I shoot it shoots out electrical grenades or balls of lightning and they do Splash damage there is so much Carnage using this weapon yes you can use a rocket launcher but I'm telling you can there's a lot of guns besides rocket launchers that have Splash damage

Shield of Retribution is broken as hell. I 1v3 my friends all at the same time (one of them was about 20 lvls above me) and they still couldn't break my shield. I didn't even needed to spawn Iron Bear.

Im not actually here for moze but for the robot.
Basically guys who probably haven’t finished the game with the characters and play on the easiest mode not reaching the true depths of the different characters and finding the important synergies.

Almost all of the information in this video is bad. For instance, Torgue Cross-Promotion doesn't double damage, it doubles radius, each tree has 2 associated Iron Bear weapons, and Shield of Retribution is great for solo after you get Desperate Measures. My favorite solo build is Demolition Woman for the nearly infinite grenades available with Means of Destruction.
Demolition woman is by far the better option for solo players. Increases mechs duration so much and health as well as rocket pods deal massive damage constantly melts bosses in solo and co op

How the fuck can you read a skill tree, that gives damage mitigation with lots of gun damage at the same time and come to a conclusion that this is a support tree?
Because Moze is a Tanky Character, she takes alot of damage and deals it back in return, and Tanks are normally considered Support to agro enemies off other characters.

Main reason why I want to play Moze - infinite ammo
You can get a fullauto pistol with fire damage, no reload, no overheat and literally does not use a single bullet to shoot. So you can keep shooting nonstop. Like forever.

Moze expert? This is a terrible overview of moze. Shield of retribution tree is the best tree for solo players. She has one support ability, saying that others characters don’t really have support abilities is ridiculous. They do and they are much better at helping others survive than moze. Come on mate, this is your job....

been playing moze fire dmg all the way i got a lv 16 fire Hyperion gun 40% chance it carried me to lv 30 i'm still using it not even an epic or rare gun
