I keep on trying to replicate something like this but cannot succeed as France constantly joins the Allies in late 1937 and I cant get an invasion off before then. Once theyre in the allies you cant puppet them until you capitulate britain which isnt really doable with a bunch of paratroopers and no puppet. How did you make sure france didnt yet join the allies?
its imght be because you are declaring on frace , instead you should declare on a country that is guaranteed by france , for example romania , yugoslavia or czechoslovakia , and then france will join the war , and wont join a faction
