It is wonderful and great to hear how you changed your whole life! A real life changer! It’s great to hear how wonderful, healthy and happy you are! I am crying writing this but hope it’s for the good to be on a beautiful journey and not this I can’t breath gray black life! I couldn’t get a simple surgery yesterday because of my oxygen level was too low. I am whatever the saying is, putting my boots back on and keep on keeping on! Look at living, being positive even though my health is terrible, to be able to change it and get better! I have to believe and try! Thank you

I lost my husband this past June 3, 2023. I can’t even get out of bed for the day. I just can’t get to know me. I have been wanting to quit again after already quitting. Seriously thinking of the nicotine gum. Maybe your free webinar will help my mindset to live again. Thank you.

Love Brene Brown. "what story I'm telling myself" is a great strategy from narrative therapy that I am teaching in the CBQ Program

Mindset. He changed the way he looked at things and how his future self would suffer if he didnt make some changes. Unless you have gone through the program like Andre has and like I am now, you wouldnt understand.
