I just woke up in the middle of the night with an overwhelming urge to listen to this and eat food.
Still love to come back and hear this. Amazing
Great stuff, Drenge!! Excellent sound.
These dudes and , Earthless, Pond, Tame Impala, Brian Jonestown Massacre, are high on my playlist.
It's great!! I'm from Colombia, and I like this band!!
great drummer!!! *-* hope they will come in italy!
I know right, he's great and yet so over looked, I'm surprised he's not endorsed yet !
the drummer is raw
i'm in love with him
When I saw them live in 2014 he broke 7 drumsticks in a 30 minute show 😮
Glorious.
I've watched this a good 9000 times now i think
+Joe Doughty I've probably watched it over 9000 times
Love this band
Excellent trio!!! Keep going on!!
Excellent
Amazing! Here's a new fan from Colombia!

I like it. Its the true rock n roll garage. Very crazy. Thanks for Drenge band and Kexp!
Yeah, English grunge. Like em for the name DRENGE, alone !!!
+CZ So, Withnail, yer mean Drenge is/are a genre? A rock classification?

this is cool stuff, this is real music, that kind of music none of those popular "artists" nowadays will never make
I fucking love drenge
Too good
Yeah!
Jesus, how the fuck does he get that tone?!
McFro95 bit of chorus and loads of distortion by the sounds of it
Jimi you must know of all people
+McFro95 Met the dude after a Wolf Alice show. I asked the same question he pretty much said a bunch of effects pedals and gave me a full rig run down which I don't remember.
+Mike Saikaley what distortion does he use?

ACES. I'm not as down with the second album as I was with the first, but you gotta move with the times! Any chance you could get That Fucking Tank over for a session..?
The youth of
silverchair, moments of Amplifier, and still can't place it. Well done, boys.
New album is sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet
thank you felas...
So you guys are from Sheffield! Cool. Let's talk about Seattle!
fuckin beast of a band!
was wondering when this would be uploaded...
Ultra Cool band !! You should check Wet Nuns too !
sounds like a lot of the good music from the 90's
in Danish "drenge" means "boys"... very fitting, I guess.
UlrichUlrich First thing I thought of too :)
joy division meets sex pistols!!
no
Somehow this is the best performance I've seen from them, other videos I've seen their sound is weaker than the albums
First found them wow.get to Glasgow
"he's a doom boy, he likes his doom" oh man, word 😆
Return of Drenge?
Looks like Dennis Wilson on drums.
fuck me this is good.
What is that bass ?
+Eelis Kanerva
An Eastwood Mosrite Ventures copy
What's the musician he mentions at 12:50?
Rafael RA , Cass McCombs
Thanks!
like wedding present meets ? i dont know.....something heavy. something sludgy.
Since when did drenge have a bass?!?
What the hell happened to Drenge?
Claudio Jurado they got better
MADFERIT MAN I liked them back in the day of "Bloodsports" or "Face Like A Skull", i'm not saying the got bad, they're still great, but idk, the lack of some kind of "punch" that they had in their first record, just my opinion.
Claudio Jurado they evolved, like Nirvana did - they sounded way too raw on 'Bleach' but then refined their sound a bit. I'm not saying Drenge are as good, yet, but they are getting there and it all starts with evolving their sound. I liked Drenge when they first started out, but a lot of their tracks sounded very similar. This album shows the band can vary their sound a bit.
MADFERIT MAN Yeah, they've evolved, and i think thats brilliant, but i loved their first album, although they were kind of repetitive, cheers.
+Claudio Jurado I agree with you, When "we can do what we want" was released, I was expecting more like the previous album. However the new one is a slow burner. The next album may swing the other way, who knows? :) great to keep up with though.
awfull not that heavy just crap tunes and lyrics crap voice ..they record in my city sheffield
Such a positive soul aren't you
