    Thank you so much for posting all of your videos! I thought I had lost Sivananda when I moved away from a center outside of what I could remember of the main class. These variations are wonderful and help me stay consistent with my practice when I don't have time for the full class!

    Good class for those with less time on their hands now restrictions have been lifted and a return to work. I'm glad though that there are still videos of some full classes available, Thank you.

    Bring your feet together strength both arms over behind your head , inhale… nice long stretch. And exhale release your arms turning to one side come and sit up.

    Thank you for the class. I noticed you are not doing the Dhyana Slokas for the opening prayer or the full Trayambakam for the closing prayer. Had this changed?

      Om Thank you for practicing with us. For the 60 mins and 30 mins classes we do a shorter prayer. Only the last paragraph of the opening and closing prayer are chanted due to time limitation. For our 90 minutes and 2 hours classes we chant the complete prayer. Om Shanti

    Hi from Germany. I am a fan of you. Thank you so much. I just cannot do headstand. My neck is not ok. And I am too scared. I have nobody to support me with it. Can I do something else? Thank you again ☺

      Thank you for practicing with us and sharing your experience. It is best to relax in the Child's pose if you are not practicing the headstand, as that gives you many similar benefits. You're also welcome to attend one of our headstand workshops, whenever it is scheduled next, to help you understand the the steps and get the confidence to try it.     Nice class, but it was kinda disrespectful for the teacher to munch on a bowl of cereal while teaching.

      Thank you for practicing with us. The teacher wasn't munching. Many times we have audio difficulties as we don't have professional equipment, but use the simple equipments which we have to bring these classes online during covid. Om Shanti
