My boy is hella talented good insight bro 💪
Nice video. Im sure the AC is going to be nice to have on those 100+ degree days
I was actually waiting for this so I can make mine! Really appreciate all the great content. Almost done with my 85MCSS!!
SUBSCRIBED ... i like it ... curious i have a monte carlo on my page i just go swing by and check it out .. couldn't u just use AC lines offna 86 Cutlass?
First, shout out to you for working in this heat and sharing…,M.C. Is coming along nicely. 👍🏾
Appreciate the detailed instructions, now I understand which line goes where.
I doing about the same hose build as you, mine is a little different though. Nice work!
I like all your explanations and the long videos.
Very informative vid bro!!! You need to find the other end of that harness with the four wires...the blower motor will not work without it...can't remember if it won't work at all or just on the high setting tho
I was thinking that, buy my blower works. The heater was already working.
@@PENNYLS1 🧐🧐...that's crazy...lol...when I was working on mine it wouldn't work when unplugged 🤔...plugged it in and it worked 🤷🏾♂️
@@PENNYLS1 ok yea now I remember...the blower motor will work without it but just not on Highest setting...check that👌🏾
@@87SSBOI I remember watching you do that. I’ll check again when I put the radiator back in.
Where’s the video on the wiring section for the A/c!? This video was good knowledge on getting the lines done 👌🏽
Great work I'm doing a 81 cutlass an ac is next in the list great vid an info keep it up
Very educational, thank you.
Man I can’t thank you enough for this bruh!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Thanks for the info
Did you use a ac orfice tube in this setup? I’m trying to figure out where to put mine since I have the custom rubber lines
Yes I have a orifice tube. Mine is in the stock location in the evaporator inlet pipe
Ok I think I got it now. I appreciate it.
Good job!
Thanks!
Good shyt💪🏽
What's size is that connecter that goes to the accumulator
Time stamp 6:29 is when I go over the size of each fitting and hose.
What accumulator did you use? Do you happen to have the part number?
I used the stock Monte Carlo one. Here’s a link to Rockauto.com. That’s where I got it.

Do you got the part number for the liquid line fitting that connects to the condenser.
It’s a headlock #6 nut to #6 hose end. Here is one on EBay. You can get it from Summit racing or Amazon also.

Where’d you get the manifold
The intake manifold is a stock LS6 if that’s what you talking about.
Sorry. I was talking about the ac manifold adapter for the hoses. But I found the answer in the comments after I posted the question
@@kabarrion oh ok cool

Where did you get the condenser from? I have a 81 cutlass, that one should fit mine. I think the parallel flow is the one people are getting now
I got that one from RockAuto.com
@@PENNYLS1 Yea they’re sold out. I was wondering if that’s where you got it from. I have to keep an eye out on it. I appreciate it. Btw your Monte looking good man. I like how you’re taking your time…. Little by little bro ✊🏿✊🏿

Is the passenger side cylinder head close to the HVAC box?
Yup, a little too close for comfort, actually put a whole in my box when they put the engine in smh
Do you have the part number for the adapter to go on back of the compressor
Here you go Vintage Air 341080 - Vintage Air Threaded Adapters
