I feel like shadowfire was only in Queen of Shadows and then just never mentioned it again, so either Kaltain is somehow alive like you said or someone else is going to show up and have shadowfire.. because there's no way Sarah would have added that information about the three types of fire if it wouldn't come into play later..
So cool to hear other opinions! I LOVE CHAOL!!! Hahaha!!! And his relationship with Yrene was my favorite part! And that scene with Sartaq you mentioned... OMG! I KNOW!!! P.S. My copy of KoA hasn't arrived yet...............!!!!!!!!!!!!
Literally 29:58 when u said Dorian could die my heart stopped and it broke and I'm crying like baby (crazy crying 😭 ) he is my baby I can't bear that ... I won't ever read Sarah's books if she did that ... sobs sobs sobs
This is the first book talk I’ve ever watched and it was simply amazing ! I think you explained everything very concise and to the point and idk - it was really good :) Your KoA theories are also very interesting; it has me thinking completely different about the book and its nice to see someone else be as passionate about these books.
Hello Brittany, good morning! This is the first time I post any comment in one of your videos. I liked it so much, even it's very long, as well as its choreography. You look a woman very smart and lovely 💖. I like your voice. I'm learning English on my own and this video is useful for me to improve my listening skill. Have a great Thursday wherever you are. Greetings from Sonora México 🇲🇽🙏🤗
After reading TOD, I felt that Yrene was the other half to a perfect Aelin, like all the things Aelin struggles with, Yrene is strong in and vice versa. I also noticed that Yrene’s power seems to be one of the only powers that defeats Valg, her light pushes them out and that healers are going to play a crucial part in defeating the Valg, so then I was thinking Aelin and Yrene together will be able to overcome, but it has been a while since I read EOS or TOD and you didn’t mention that and your theories seem more correct so I’m second guessing myself haha! But I didn’t really like this book because I felt that it was a way to please everyone (redeem chaol, set him and nesryn up with their true mates, find the missing pieces to Aelin in Yrene, while filling in gaps to the TOG series plots) and not add much to the story overall but your ssynopsis kind of changes my mind lol
Also that yrenes power is healing and Aelins is destruction, even their occupations prior to and now are opposite, and last that balance is key to success 😉
I love the energy! I’ve been rereading this series and have completely procrastinated rereading EOS for the last minute so I can’t read Kingdom of Ash yet 😭
I am currently reading KOA, but I am taking my time. I cancelled my preordered copy from Barnes and noble and my husband took me to there store instead. So I got mine yesterday and I like I said I am just taking my time. I am currently on page 98. Can't wait until you get your copy, I am super curious on how you are going to like the final one. Its so exciting but also very sad, because its the ending.
@@BrittanytheBibliophile I just thought about it at the last minute. My husband is going to kill me because I just bought the UK editions in paperback for books 2 thur 4. I am a wired reader because I don't mind if my books in a series match one another. I will be getting the TOG special edition from Amazon, than I will have the 3 in paperback when they get here. And I have the rest in hardback. The only one I won't have is TAB. Plus I will have 1 paper and one hardback of KOA. But seriously I am going to have to really start cutting back on my book buying, because of Christmas. And my husband and I haven't even started Christmas shopping yet. Plus next month my middle child Hanna, will be turning 17. So will also have to take her to the mall and out to eat, to celebrate. She still really loves stuff animals, so she wants to go to build a bear. Plus we always go out to eat and let the Birthday girl or boy pick where they would like to go.
Hi always great seeing u!!!!! I’m reading “a darker shade of magic” so far it’s great!!!! Enjoy ur next read!!! I hope u like ur next read of Sarah j mass!! Happy reading to u!!! 📖🍁
You make me question if I should try giving the books another try (I stopped in the middle if Queen of shadows and just read the last 100 pages and watched reviews) but I still think I won't enjoy them, because I only care about Dorian and Abraxos basically and I heard Dorian was saying some problematic shit in EoS BUT I watch all your videos and those reviews are so cool and I'm piecing things together so you basically make me enjoy books that I don't enjoy 😂💕 also you look STUNNING and I kinda really like this lightening. 💖 love from Bulgaria.
My mental illness effects my body but not in the same way. I have chronic anxiety/panic disorder and OCD. It manifests itself in physical symptoms as well as mental. Mental and physical health are definitely reliant on each other. I missed that part in the book, though. I'll be rereading the series after I finish KOA. Great book talk!
i was waiting for this so longggg😭❤️ you look beautiful as always❤️ pfff, you have to wait like three more days to have your copy of KoA but hey - in my language (my english is not that good to read sjm books) it will be out in may next year i guess?🙃 but i have time to reread a whole series plus in my language (czech - im from the czech republic) ACOFAS just came out (a week ago) so im reading this book and i love it so much❤️ and im going to reread the first ToG book so im excited about it❤️

plus - please, can you tell me the page when aelin first met dorian?😅 i just reread the assassin’s blade and i thought it was dorian but i wasnt sure so yes😅 thank youu❤️
@ mort comes into play in Crown of Midnight, Sarah J Maas makes it seem like Celeana meets Chaol and Dorian in assassins blade but they "officially" meet in Throne of Glass

Its Brit i know but after QoS .. does he still exist?😅 aaah, i get it, thank you❤️
Yrene said she was nothing too. She said it in the torre basement when Duva said she wanted her. “Why me, I’m nothing” or something like that. So that’s another nameless person. also chaol said he was nothing (in the context that he hated himself)
I started reading this series 2/3 weeks ago and decided to skip this book before reading Kingdom of Ash, I looked up the synopsis and saw all the important spoiler parts and I'm pretty glad I did. I'm about half way through Kingdom of Ash and don't mind that i don't know the characters form that book. I do plan on reading it when i do a re read in the future
I really need to reread the series, I feel like I have forgotten so much or just missed things entirely... I know enough to go into Kingdom of Ash and enjoy it but I'm definitely going to do an entire reread in 2019
Personally I have found the Tower of dawn to be quite a distraction from the main plot of Aeilin etc. Obviously there important plot points for the King of ash book, but if it were not for the fact that I have read last few books together {fortunately for me, just finished KOA}. I liked some of the points that you have raised as SJM likes to hint on things to come and I hoped for some similar options but then there were some additional twists that will catch you in surprise. Have fun and clear your weekend for a long and exciting read.
I LOVE your look in this video, don’t get me wrong, you always look pretty. But I think this look gives you more personality and idk I feel like it goes with you
This book really changed my opinion of Chaol. I feel like I am horrible at picking up emotional ques in books; because in Heir of Fire I was so confused why Aelin was acting so immature and I didn’t even realized it’s because she was in a dark place till the book explained it. Same with TOD. I thought Chaol was just being a douche in QOS and it was pissing me off, but then realizing how much emotional strain he was going through changed my perception. Also the way Yrene and Chaol got together I loved, I was shook!
Now that you’ve said that ToD is Chaol’s HoF it makes SO MUCH SENSE
I feel like shadowfire was only in Queen of Shadows and then just never mentioned it again, so either Kaltain is somehow alive like you said or someone else is going to show up and have shadowfire.. because there's no way Sarah would have added that information about the three types of fire if it wouldn't come into play later..
EXACTLY!!! Like she's not the kind to throw in random info and then forget about it
So cool to hear other opinions! I LOVE CHAOL!!! Hahaha!!! And his relationship with Yrene was my favorite part! And that scene with Sartaq you mentioned... OMG! I KNOW!!!
P.S. My copy of KoA hasn't arrived yet...............!!!!!!!!!!!!
so all of the hype has gotten to me and i’ve decided to read the series, which book is your favorite?
Myonna’s Reads heir of fire is my absolute favorite!!! But queen of shadows is a close second👌
YEY!!! Heir of Fire, HANDS DOWN!!
OMG yes Myonna! Feel free to dm on the Twitter when you read the books.
I love Queen of Shadows!
Literally 29:58 when u said Dorian could die my heart stopped and it broke and I'm crying like baby (crazy crying 😭 ) he is my baby I can't bear that ... I won't ever read Sarah's books if she did that ... sobs sobs sobs
Rainbow Girl same man so hard to read this last instalments my ship is not sailing #Celorin
Same :(
I feel you on the animal deaths.
Am I the only one that read Chaol as Ch(like chocolate)ol lmao
This is the first book talk I’ve ever watched and it was simply amazing ! I think you explained everything very concise and to the point and idk - it was really good :)

Awww I'm glad you got so much out of it :) I've really enjoyed making these booktalks!
Having read all the books in the series, I can actually say that Tower of Dawn is my favourite book!
Great video and your thoughts were so well expalined, the lighting is ok, don’t worry about that at all ❤️😊😊

Honestly, I didn't even think of doing that so I feel silly now haha

I got Kingdom of Ash on audible. I think its very important to read tower of dawn bc there is so much information revealed about thw world in ToD
I cant wait to read Kingdom of ash💕
The quote you read from Lorcan was SJM’s Prythian Easter egg! ❤️
Is it?? I thought she had said that aCoTaR and ToG were in the same multiverse but not the same universe??? I could definitely be wrong though!!
Brittany the Bibliophile I think she said this in an interview somewhere! It blew my mind haha
Hi always great seeing u!!!!! I’m reading “a darker shade of magic” so far it’s great!!!! Enjoy ur next read!!! I hope u like ur next read of Sarah j mass!! Happy reading to u!!! 📖🍁

Awww that's so cool that my love for the books is rubbing off on you!! If you do give it another shot, I hope you enjoy!

and one more thing - WHERE TF IS MORT

aaah, i get it, thank you❤️
@ oh, Idk, once the Tower gets deatroyed we dont hear anything else
ok i NEED to read this series!!
Yrene said she was nothing too. She said it in the torre basement when Duva said she wanted her. “Why me, I’m nothing” or something like that. So that’s another nameless person. also chaol said he was nothing (in the context that he hated himself)
I KNOW!! I think I actually cut that out in my edits but I originally was going to mention it haha
How did maeve manipulate faes....can valg manipulate permanently on fae?
Also i wanted to ask if u recommend the audiobooks for series!?
I do!!
I loved them!
I actually have never listened to these audiobooks so I wouldn't really know!! I have been interested in it though!
To each his own! Personally I can't even imagine going into KoA without the background but I completely understand the urge to skip ToD!
I really need to reread the series, I feel like I have forgotten so much or just missed things entirely... I know enough to go into Kingdom of Ash and enjoy it but I'm definitely going to do an entire reread in 2019
Yeah, it's crazy how much I caught in my reread that I had otherwise completely forgotten about, so I understand that!!
Jamie D I’m rereading this series I’m on book 2 throne of glass
What if Avril is Maeve's owl?
Oh wait just finished the video XD

Awww thank you!
I still don't like Chaol even after TOD. What made it for me for this book is Nesryn and Sartaq they can even have their own series.
This book really changed my opinion of Chaol. I feel like I am horrible at picking up emotional ques in books; because in Heir of Fire I was so confused why Aelin was acting so immature and I didn’t even realized it’s because she was in a dark place till the book explained it. I just came to say you’re beautiful and I can’t listen to this talk bc I really hated this book lmao
Maybe I’ll come back later bc you’re fab
🤣😩🗑📚🔥
Awww thank you for the comment anyways! I appreciate it :)
