- Salvage yards that specialize in older cars & trucks are slowly going away to the wayside, but at Rudy's Classic Auto in Giltner, NE that's all he specializes in! There are hundreds of pre war fords, Chevys, Mopars, as well as many from the 1950s and 1960s, with all makes and models here to be sold as parts or whole! Zack is the owner of the junkyard and is on Facebook, so make sure to look him up and stop by sometime to walk through this incredible collection of old cars and trucks, and make sure to bring some cash to buy a part or car!

5:01 was a 60 Mercury. Those Pontiacs broke my heart. Especially the 59 wagons. Great video as always.

Very organized
At 20:52 , that is not a "panel van." That is a 1959 Chevy Suburban. That's something that you don't see many of. That one is hands-down, my favorite in the yard. If I had the funds, was a little closer, and didn't already have too many projects, I would be trying to talk him out of it. Also, I liked the Aero Sedans and a couple of the late 40s and early 50s Buicks. The star on the bullet nose Studebaker was added by someone. It didn't come with it on there from the factory. Another awesome junkyard video.

Ryan, the star on the 50's Studebaker I don't think is of any particular significance, at least not a OEM Studebaker factory item.
The black 62/63 Studebaker GT Hawk could be saved by looks of things. Liked the brief appear of the blue 61 Oldsmobile Ninty-Eight, my father had a black one with red interior in London when I was a small boy 😊
I'm with you on the personal favorite being the gold 59 wagon. I'm fairly certain the # of stars correlated to model - i.e., chieftan, starchief, etc.
At 10:25, the old Chevy flatbed with a kicker axle was kind of unusual, but a neat looking thing.

I sure do wish I had the money to take something home. What a good father/son time I could have. I'll just never make it in this economy. And they'll be crushed before long I suppose. It breaks my heart.

Don't even THINK about breaking in here to steal parts, my chocolate lab will lick you to death! Stereotypical ferocious junk yard dog just not needed out in the boonies. Would be a huge undertaking to bring back '61 Chevy bubble top, depending on which direction you took, but that's my fave.

@@IowaClassicCars it's still a waste of old cars that could have been repaired yes there his to do what he wants to .he can burn them to the ground that not the point I could see he had plenty of room to keep them on the ground he put them 3 high it's not even safe to get parts off of I like your videos this is not anything against you that was just a dumb ass thing to do.to bad he has a lot of nice stuff.

I liked the 57 olds 4dr hard top. I laugh every time I hear you trying to tell us what the old Chryslers and dodge’s are I’d be doing the same I never know the years they’re all just ugly. Your buddy’s got a whack of cars there.
