Thanks for the trip to the yard Ryan! I'm 61 and used to love going to junk yards. We don't have yards around here like this anymore! I'm a Cadillac lover myself but love all old iron. It's nice to see younger guys interested in the old cars.
Another great walk-around Ryan! The "foreign looking" car in the Mopar section at the 16:00 mark is a 1934 Desoto Airflow! Very controversial advanced design for Chrysler and Desoto that sold poorly but had many engineering innovations. The AMC Gremlin around the 42:00-ish minute mark had the "X" package option. AMC offered several trim package options such as the "X" and a "Levi's" edition. The X was a sporty package with bodyside stripes, slotted wheel, badging, sports steering wheel, and upgraded bucket seats, plus a few more niceties. The 304ci V-8 was an option for all Gremlins, even the sporty X which came standard with the 232 ci 6. If that one had a V8, it was rare!
So many with original paint, hard to believe those were junked.that 2 door wagon just looks so cool like it is. Think I'd upgrade the motor and suspension and call it good. One reminded me of when I was a teenager an old man had an Oldsmobile dynamo. Beautiful car, it's the only one iv ever seen
Here in my state of Massachusetts, people would pay decent money for cars that are fairly solid even 4drs and would even pay to have them em shipped here. I know a guy who did just that when he bought a car online in Montana and had it shipped to his shop in Southern New Hampshire. It was an early full size 60s Oldsmobile 4dr. He was happy that it was it in good shape with minimum rust.
The 57 chevy 2 dr wagon @ 6:10 might be a glass sedan delivery for government use. Tom on Barn Find Hunter had one on one of his episodes. The thing that caught my eye was the tailgate. Supposedly these glass deliverys had a one piece tailgate unlike the station wagon upper and lower two piece tailgates.
Can't believe you saw my high school dream car - Pontiac T37! From what I've read, Pontiac used the Tempest model with T-37 identification to fall under Pontiac Tempest insurance rates, which were much lower than a GTO. Thanks, Ryan. Your salvage yard tours are always great!
T-37 was the base model, replaced Tempest trim. The GT-37 option package was the "budget performance model" not the base T-37 [non-GT], which came with a Chevy I6 standard.
HOLY CRAP. At 16:10 ,that was either a DeSoto or a Chrysler AIRFLOW. Very Rare car only made a few years. I know it's not your up of tea but... Anyway, I hope someone saves that. Still had the steel Artillery wheels on it. Wow.
One of the coolest salvage yards ever presented on UA-cam! Quite expansive with a fair representation of Ford's, GM's, Chrysler's, & a variety of miscellaneous makes & models. Immensely enjoyed the tour of the yard & thank you! Find your passion for 1959 & 1960 full size GM cars (-Pontiac) to be fascinating. My two years of passion for full size GM's are 1967 & 1968. A point aside, my Dad had a 59' Pontiac he used to drag race many decades ago. Thought it was a decent looking car, of course, IMHO. Guess Pontiac is not for everybody.
That camper at the end of the video is known as a GREAT DALE CAR. There were about 65 of them built on various full size car chassis. That thing is very desirable to a lot of people. I wish I lived closer so I could save it.
Thanks Ryan, I really hoped I would see what you got from this junkyard! Buick wagon was super cool, even though i'm not much of a fan of '60 Buicks! You gotta get that Belair flattop and I really hope you also drove another 200 miles north to bug ol' Mortske!!
I'm 72, prior shop owner, fabricator chassis builder, drag racer, I gotta say what we called rust, you kids call patina. IMO patina is a replacement word for too lazy to fix and paint.😏
Great walk around! Had me drooling the whole time. Love the all the '61 Chevy's and the 2 Buick's you picked out. Feel free to grab me one of those 61's!! Thanks for your time and great videos
T-37 is a base model Lemans. I have a 71 T-37 as well. Mine is unique it has a GT option. Which makes it a GT-37. I am looking for a good deck lid, front bumper parking lights for my car.
Hey Ryan! Thanks for the tour, about 1/3 through watching! Love the 1959 coral Belair! A Flat Top too! You gotta save her! The 1959 Buick looks interesting as well, that car should have been Christine in the movie, they look so angry. The car just after the 16- minute mark is an Air Flow Chrysler or DeSoto dare I say, I am kinda sure. A real Art Deco style vehicle that was way ahead in design for its time. The public was not ready for them yet unfortunately. Time to keep watching! take care
31:21... The orange F250 flare side is cool, but right after it, the 70 Camper truck is rare as hell... YES, that came from Ford with the camper ON it.
Hey Ryan, great video ( at least so far. I'm typing this mid way through ). Do these guys have any Studebakers in the yard?? I'm looking for a particular part.
Great video Ryan. I could spend days (maybe in Summer) walking around there. The scrap metal dealers have made short work of any old car yards around my area. Only modern stuff left now.
The Cadillac is a 1940 Fleetwood. If the 57 and 59 Ford confuses you, just remember that in 1958 just about all full sized cars produced in America had 4 headlights. '57 pretty much was the last year of the 2 sealed beams. So, the Fords in question are 1959. The car you thought was an import is the Chrysler Airflow made from 1934 to 1937. The Pontiac Model J was named for John DeLorean, the man the refined the design of the Grand Prix for '69.
On the MOPAR ROW, at 16:00 that car is a 1934 Plymouth or Desoto airflow. The chrysler airflow did'nt have the gills on the side like this one has, dodges most popular version of the AIRFLOW was a truck. The T in T37 stood for TEMPEST to pontiac. The Model J of the Pontiac Grand Prix was an entry level model of the car.
There are 447....? No 448 now comments so I am sure you know the answer to your question about the electronic eye. Anyway that eye is an automatic dimmer switch. Car coming from another direction. If you have high beams on. It dims the lights to low beams . Love your show keep up the great work.
the green caddy four door is a 39 or 40 model 60 special at 12.14 not a lot left and very much worth saving .this was gm 's idea of a short chassis town car ,it shared many components with chevy in later years my 62 60 special was on the chevy frame they are Very collectable and you rarely lose money on them
12:13 that's a 64 Electra. last year of the X-frame and first year of the TH400 3 speed auto. The Electra at 22:06 is a 65, first year of coke-bottle style body and a new full-perimeter frame. 30:26 that's a '69 Electra, could barely see the fender-skirt over the rear wheel. '69 was also first year of the ignition on the column for all GM products. The Riviera at 32:58 is either a '66 or '67. only small changes in details, but a '66 had a nailhead under the hood and the '67 had the 430
I absolutely love late 50’s GM. That 60 Buick wagon looks like a good car. I think the 59 Buicks are a far better body style than the 60 but oddly enough I like the dash on a 60 that’s my opinion. I’m surprised to hear you say that the 59 Pontiacs don’t do anything for you. I love them. I hope to see a video of you loading some of them cars up. Thanks for all the great old car content. I think the T-37 was the bottom of the barrel. Roadkill got one running in a older episode. The Medalist is a Canadian model I think which is a lower or higher model than the Monarch.
Hey. Is there Any difference between a 59 and a 60 Buick? I don’t remember any visible differences and I don’t see a difference looking at old photos. The body, roof , metal, glass , greenhouse looks identical to me .
Thanks for the yard tour, yes this is several months out but at 19:14 next to the 69 Impala there was a Caddy sedan, is there any way to find the year, we are looking foe 1954 specific Caddy Series 62 front fenders, parking light in the grill and not on the fenders, Thanks
The Olds Cutlass shown at 13:50 is a '63, from the first-generation 1961-63 Y body, which was unibody using Corvair platform. These were not A bodies, with full chassis frames, which were new for 1964. The red Buick Special 2 door at 42:20 is same Y body.
Was that Blue wagon @ the end a Ford Edsel? I know the grill reminded me of one. Also OMG I wish you had walked over to the Chevy Corvair I absolutely adore them. Also it looked like it was in pretty good shape. Oh!! I am kidding about you walking over there. I just want to thank you for showing us as much as you did. Love your channel, please keep up the great work!!!
Wow look at all the cars Hey Ryan I really want to no how I can get ahold of the amazing salvage yard ive got my eye on that Buick with the 0ne year grill only.
Could you also film some 70’s Cadillacs as well? I’d really like to see those more often, and I know you do Chevy impalas but maybe some newer Cadillacs too?
16:23 & 17:32 a pair of big Chyslers, were they Windsor's or New Yorkers? the latter would have 331 long block Hemis in them ...once. 😁😁 And the white Mercedes W111 Convertible @25:37 ? They are bringing really big money now.
the grand prix model j was usely the lesser trim car and small block .the SSJ was the leather and the bigger motor some had twin four barrel carbs ,scary fast
At the end when you mentioned a couple of Ford wagons next to a caddy.......I'm pretty sure they were Edsel cars. It would have been nice to see more of them.
When you’re walking up to the station wagon that you wanna buy and you’re looking at that Pontiac with the waterfall that Pontiac I need the beltline moldings is there anyway you can give me the information of how to get a hold of these guys to see if I can buy those parts from them
i bought a 57 two door wagon in 1969 for $85.00, 283 3 speed stick no rust no damage in the san fernando valley. another car i wish i had
Man , your not that old , but the knowledge you have of the cars from history is outstanding . Really impressed with your passion . Keep it up .
Thanks man
Right when I saw his face at the end of the show I thought the same thing.
Thanks for the trip to the yard Ryan! I'm 61 and used to love going to junk yards. We don't have yards around here like this anymore! I'm a Cadillac lover myself but love all old iron. It's nice to see younger guys interested in the old cars.
Thanks for watching!
Hi Ryan...amazing yard & Video...
Question:
*"How much for the Turquoise '75 Monte Carlo?¡"*
Thanks!¡
...how much for the Monte @38:25 ?(!
Thanks,
Cheers!¡
Loved your tour through the bone yard of old cars. I could do all day long. Thanx...
The car you said was an import in a 1934 Chrysler Airflow, very rare! Like your video's!
Lots of good project cars . That 60 Buick wagon was rare back in 60!
yep its the only one i have ever seen
Yes my dad had a 60 buick invicta wagon same color in 1965 .
Another great walk-around Ryan! The "foreign looking" car in the Mopar section at the 16:00 mark is a 1934 Desoto Airflow! Yeah, of all the cars in that yard, that Airflow is the one worth grabbing. Their ultra rare!
thanks for the time stamps!

A nice junk yard that's not all picked over, there are some really nice cars there for sure!
Love the junk yard videos brings back memories of my dad and I walking around them
thanks for watching!
Too many awesome old rigs, most of them aren't even seen here in Australia, thanks for sharing, all the best to you and your loved ones

@@tomcat630 Thanks!
I think Le Mans was somewhere in between the T37 GTO also
Wish you could have included dealing on your 5 cars.
Great variety of cars that can be restored.
oh for sure
HOLY CRAP. At 16:10 ,that was either a DeSoto or a Chrysler AIRFLOW. Very Rare car only made a few years. I know it's not your up of tea but... Anyway, I hope someone saves that. Still had the steel Artillery wheels on it. Wow.
im always willing to learn!
So many cars that could be brought back, I'd be going crazy there. Good luck with your resto projects can't wait to see them.

love them old Buicks 46 caddie what i would want is a 1960s jeep .like on M.A.S.H 4077 I think the x on the Grimlen meant a V8 engine.
Thank you for the tour that was pretty cool, I've been a big fan of junkyard since I was a small kid. Keep up the great work.
Hope the 59 Sunliners with donor cars end up in Sweden where they will be appreciated. Looking forward to your next upload!!!!❤
Thanks 😊
Love the 57 olds wagon as well as the 58 Buick wagon. I wonder how many pounds of chrome were on those things lol.
That camper at the end of the video is known as a GREAT DALE CAR. There were about 65 of them built on various full size car chassis. That thing is very desirable to a lot of people. I wish I lived closer so I could save it.
Too dam cold.

Thanks for watching!
Really enjoyed this video. I would like to know how to contact owner. Saw some cars that I would like to make a deal on and add to my collection.
Loved the gremlin and the 60s oldsmobiles.
The one that you thought was foreign in the Mopar row, is a 34 Chrysler airflow.
Rare as he's teeth.
Man... all those wagons Ford and GM are so stylish and cool!
That they are
AIR FLOW. Very advanced for its day. Fairly rare. Good find.
sweet! thanks for the info
My favorite is the Mercury 2 door wagon... i would love to bring that one back to life..
T-37 is a base model Lemans. I have a 71 T-37 as well. Mine is unique it has a GT option. Which makes it a GT-37. I am looking for a good deck lid, front bumper parking lights for my car.
oh thats cool!
Thank you for the tour..and trip back in time...its my field of dreams..
field of rusty dreams!
Is the 61 Bel Air 2 drht shown at 2:15 and available? I know it's a long shot, looking for a 61 Impala or Bel Air 2drht
The 65 chevys are elegant and a shape/style you look at all day, need more coverage, great video and keep rolling.......
Hey Ryan! Thanks for the tour, about 1/3 through watching! Love the 1959 coral Belair! A Flat Top too! You gotta save her! That Airflow at 16:10 is the most desirable car featured in the video...
I'm looking for a particular part.
i dont recall seeing any but maybe they had some
In near 70 years the 59 BelAir is only the second one that I have ever seen; the first was in 58 or 59 as part of a parade in my home town TY 4sharing
Man thats a great yard wish there where places like that in the uk thanks for the walkabout mate awesome content .
Great video Ryan. I could spend days (maybe in Summer) walking around there. The scrap metal dealers have made short work of any old car yards around my area. Only modern stuff left now.
Thanks Paul

Ryan ty for showing us all the old cars, just for your info the 2 dr mercury was a lincoln town coupe 77 or 78 great luxury hot rod lol
You should pull that Airflow. Rare car.
18,56. I am back again. It is a GT37, very rare muscle car. Yours Mads.
Great video Ryan. Hope you kept your feet warm.
The car you thought may be imported I believe is Chrysler Airflow. A friend of mine hot rodded one with Hemi and received Street Rod of year in MN.
Hi Ryan great video! at 22.18 there are two Fiat 1100! incredible!
thanks for that time stamp
There are 447....? No 448 now comments so I am sure you know the answer to your question about the electronic eye. Anyway that eye is an automatic dimmer switch. Car coming from another direction. If you have high beams on. It dims the lights to low beams . Love your show keep up the great work.
Lots of really cool cars. That 66 bel air or biscayne two door sedan next to the 59 Chevy @24:24 is kind of a rare find. Would love to find one.
the green caddy four door is a 39 or 40 model 60 special at 12.14 not a lot left and very much worth saving .this was gm 's idea of a short chassis town car ,it shared many components with chevy in later years my 62 60 special was on the chevy frame they are Very collectable and you rarely lose money on them
At 19:10 it is a '68 impala Custom Coupe, not a '69. Easy way to tell is the loop front bumper on '69.
Oh thanks!
hi ryan, that one car you where asking about is a 55 lincoln nice car wish i had one lots of money sitting in old yard cool cars thanks.
Ah nice thanks
I had a56lincoln Capri looks similar
12:13 that's a 64 Electra. last year of the X-frame and first year of the TH400 3 speed auto. 39 or 40 Model 60S caddi. Had a 38 and a 40. Top of the line
Sweet!
Driven past here at least 1000 times. Cool to see up close. So many people asking what the name of it is 😂
Good stuff there!
That 60 Buick wagon is sweet
That’s only the 4th one I’ve ever seen
Owned one for a long time
Im trying to acquire it
Wonderful place, thanks for showing us. I think that it is a 1934 Chrysler Airflow at 16 minutes. Yours Mads from Denmark
thanks Mads
Thank you Ryan.
Wow! At 18:18 that’s a Checker!
Wow what a huge yard! Could spend quite a few hours walking thru there! 🇦🇺🍺🍺
The Buick at min. 23.30 ca.... Wow...! What a car! 😳
Great video! Loved the 1958 Mercury BIG M wagon. I know you’re a GM guy but that Mercury has to be saved! If I lived closer...
Thanks man
Is the 61still there?
The Olds Cutlass shown at 13:50 is a '63, from the first-generation 1961-63 Y body, which was unibody using Corvair platform. These were not A bodies, with full chassis frames, which were new for 1964. The red Buick Special 2 door at 42:20 is same Y body.
The glass on the 1959 Buick wagon was intact
Love that red Buick Wagon it was awesome an i would love to have it.
Please show more pickup trucks.
I really enjoy your show but please show more of the old pickups.
Keep up the good work .
I enjoy your video 📸📸📸❤. I look forward to seeing the cars you pick in where hay day. I mean fix up. Thank you for showing me all of the car's.😊😊❤
Glad you like them!
In mopar lane, the white car was a 66 Plymouth fury, My Dad had one. Before that her had 1959 impala.
Thanks!
Lol my uncle had a DeSoto. Huge vehicle!
Very !
A little painful watching from the UK and seeing so many amazing potential projects just sitting there!
Wow look at all the cars Hey Ryan I really want to no how I can get ahold of the amazing salvage yard ive got my eye on that Buick with the 0ne year grill only.
I would consider this an incredible yard and you have excellent taste friend❤!!!!!
I know where that salvage yard is that's a real nice people that own it
Now that's a true junk yard
lot of good stuff here
Could you also film some 70’s Cadillacs as well? I’d really like to see those more often, and I know you do Chevy impalas but maybe some newer Cadillacs too?
16:23 & 17:32 a pair of big Chyslers, were they Windsor's or New Yorkers? the latter would have 331 long block Hemis in them ...once. 😁😁
And the white Mercedes W111 Convertible @25:37 ? They are bringing really big money now.
Hello Ryan , would you happen to know if any 67,68, or 69 ford falcon Futura station wagon taillights? I appreciate the help . Love the videos
Great content
I love all the cars
Here in the netherlands
We dont have places like that here
I wish we had
Thanks for showing
Greetings from holland
Thanks!
...T - 37 I think it was a Tempest model with a little bit of hot rod...Chuck...
.
the grand prix model j was usely the lesser trim car and small block .the SSJ was the leather and the bigger motor some had twin four barrel carbs ,scary fast
At the end when you mentioned a couple of Ford wagons next to a caddy.......I'm pretty sure they were Edsel cars. It would have been nice to see more of them.
Very KOOL Ryan Lots of good projects
T-37 replaced the Tempest as Pontiac’s low line A body line.
When you’re walking up to the station wagon that you wanna buy and you’re looking at that Pontiac with the waterfall that Pontiac I need the beltline moldings is there anyway you can give me the information of how to get a hold of these guys to see if I can buy those parts from them
Yes that a junkyard for sure Peace out
How do I find out what yard this is?? Please?? I was watching for entertainment but I saw a couple things I've been looking all over for!!! Thanks!!
😂 he said good thing about up north is no rust. I guess everybody ever has been wrong 😂
See any mercury trucks there they are super rare and hard to find they where in the late 40s and early 50s
16. 15
is a 34 Chrysler airflow , many of those merck wagons came from factory with the 406 and a Paxton supercharger
