- There were a couple of comments on the • Milk Kefir update video, one was a question ? the other a comment.
The question was "Can you share how you lost weight?" watch the video for the answer, as the title says, it won't be what you think 😉
The comment concerned alcohol, again watch the video for my response.

This really resonated with me. Anytime that I'm with my overbearing and controlling family members, I binge and gain weight. The struggle to lose weight is really bad when I'm with them. When I'm away from them, I literally have no desire to eat junk food. It's like my body and my soul is at peace thank you so much for sharing your story with me
Interestingly Stella; I'd say for me as well, it was possibly a neighbour and a few other people I sometimes had to be around, though I did also have the incredible binge on the way back from collecting my things from storage.

What is the daily amount you drink in ounces?
Hi Jack, I drink about a litre a day, approximately 34 US ounces, 35 Imperial ounces.
