    I know I overly interrupted Daniel, apologies for that (and I apologized to him pre-release)! I get very excited over this stuff and was overly conscious of all we had to cram in to the 2-hr limit 😅 room to improve as a host

      Thanks for owning up to the interrupting him Lance! It would be great to have him on again and maybe review this interview on where you interrupted his thoughts and let him elaborate more on them.
      We are truly blessed to have someone like you walking this earth Lance. You are an inspiration in all aspects of your life.
      Cheers

    How much carbohydrates do you eat as percentage of your daily calorie intake? I understand we have to cut sugar but how much carbs do you think is good for brain performance?

    • @TheOneLanceB
      @TheOneLanceB  2 місяці тому +1

      No idea! I don’t track my carbs! I also suspect type of carb is also very important (sweet potatoes w nutrients vs bullshit white bread)

    Little story. Maybe help someone. I’ve seen the same doctor for the past 10 years and I have had gut/indigestion problems for practically my whole life. No offense to him he’s a good doctor first thing he offers is a daily pill. They are shuffling patients through. We are our best advocates. I told him I don’t want to add a daily pill and that I know it’s because I’m being a garbage gut. Needless to say I don’t have indigestion when I follow what my body is telling me. I basically had to reverse engineer my diet and habits. Also be true to myself admit I am the cause of my problem. Not saying I don’t stumble but life is so much happier when I don’t have to wake up several times a night feeling like death because of what I put in my body. So funny how as I type this the similarities between this and my trading journey/goals.lol Thankfully my trading Mentor Dan is also into health so surrounding yourself with likeminded individuals is also extremely important and helpful . Rambling here….I think you get the point.

    great interview Lance. but are you aware how often you interrupted Daniel while he was talking really interesting stuff? that was a bit annoying. just as a feedback.

    • @TheOneLanceB
      @TheOneLanceB  2 місяці тому +1

      Yes! I noticed that and I apologize (and have already apologized directly to Daniel)! I get very excited over this stuff and was overly conscious of our 2-hr time limit to cram everything in. Ty for the feedback!

    Appreciate the video but people should realize there's a lot of broscience and speculation in here. Especially on the gut microbiome & autoimmune part. Other topics in this video offer some solid discussion and advice, but expected more science supported talks instead of random claims. Especially since Daniel has some services to promote/sell. Thanks for the video!

    • @TheOneLanceB
      @TheOneLanceB  2 місяці тому +1

      Welcome! And yes, will always be ton of speculation. That is why the disclaimer that it’s not medical advice. A lot of info on the gut and optimal health is always evolving. This was not meant to be a research dive, just a convo.
