Where is the paper in the wall?

The paper is in the wall on top of the pack of smokes the wall is on right as you first walk in that room the paper is annoying to grab so find the smoke and look around them slowly and it should pop up

Thanks dude! I found it in the end but had to load a previous save as it was bugged. The first time there was no note and the guys body wasn’t on the interrogation chair. All good now though 👍🏻
