+andreskizzo Ono-San teased Karin a week ago and it turnes out she is indeed playable. He also teased Dark Sakura and Juri. If they won't be in the starting roster, they will most likely be unlockable or free DLC, I'm sure of it.
+thomas jeff most likely won't be her theme since Cody didn't have a remix of his sfa3 theme in ssf4. Karin and Mika will most likely get original themes fro sfv

I seem to have trouble using Karin, at least, from when I was playing the 30th Anniversary Collection. When I have her do her down forward punch combo like at Cody, it did not hit like her arm is beside the opponent. Obviously, the counterblocks can be hard to predict since the move animations can be fast.

For super moves, how rapid does the ↓ ↘ → ↓ ↘ → have to be? I'm pretty much new to fighting games that use combos. Or heck, just some kind of tip for executing combos in general. I seem to be awful at that.
Karin is substantially weaker than Sakura, because Karin doesn't have any ranged attack, unlike Sakura, who has both the hadoken and the shishi-hadoken. Karin is one of the characters that is weaker, for lack of a ranged attack. She's not the only one, of course.
In SFA3, when your character is the A-ism/Z-ism variant, your super move’s level is based on the strength of the button. Pressing LP/LK will use a Level 1, MP/MK level 2, HP/HK level 3.
